Monday and Tuesday fitness classes for adults held

Monday Hiit - 45 min blast with high impact, bodyweight, and low impact weighted exercises. Full lower impact options are available as an alternative to the high impact sections. The class is for you, so options to aid towards your fitness level and goals are set for your choice.

Monday Total Body Tone - 7.05pm - 8.05pm - A full hour of low impact, low weight, high rep class focusing on all muscle groups to help sculpt, and shape your body.

12 years ago, we had the Olympic Bronze medalist Bboy Victor come to Cambridgeshire and teach at our school and cypher with the Cambridgeshire breakin scene (hosted by Gen ILL). He was one to watch then and still is now.

It was amazing to see Breakin in the Olympics. We are so proud!!!

We have had such a full-on week with shows at Aquafast, an awards day, and performances tomorrow at the St John's picnic. We will post lots of photos and footage soon.

Low impact, low weight, high rep class. Each week we focus on multiple muscle groups or sometimes we really focus on one or two areas. Either way we work and help our physiques and mental health, improve technique and get it done together 💪🏼

Thank you to everyone that came to see SUSPECTS Cru perform yesterday at Ely Eel Day. We really lucked out with some beautiful sunshine. The dancers were amazing, the vibes were up as always and our brand new members danced like they have been with us forever. They really are such a great team.

Despite the technical difficulties with the events sound system, the dancers carried on regardless with merely a whisper for music. We couldn't be more proud of them.
