Time to take a little rest!

As most of you are aware I now have an 11 week old baby girl. I have made the decision to take a rest from SCT Dance while I figure out motherhood.

I will be continuing my dance coaching journey this season by coaching for so please feel free to contact them for more information on how to get involved this season.

Once I am ready to dive into SCT Dance again and have time to deal with the admin side for this I will of course announce on all my social media pages further info for this.

I will keep monitoring this page so should you have any dance enquiries please feel free to message me however for the time being I am not running any classes or competition teams through SCT Dance.

We did it!

Our first ever big competition and we decided to start at Bournemouth FutureCheer Internationals with the big teams!

Well done everyone, what a blast we have had. I am proud of what we achieved.

Can’t wait to start next season knowing we have finally been able to compete again and knowing there are many more competitions to come 🥰🙌❤️

Like many others, we have had two seasons of cancelled competitions. It’s been tough for all of us having to revert to zoom sessions and keeping motivated not knowing when we will ever perform again.

This weekend we get to finally compete at FutureCheer Bournemouth. There may only be 8 of our dancers competing this weekend but we are going to perform our hearts out for all those dancers that have not been able to make it to competition yet.

There will be many teams competing that have had to make last@minute changes and also lost practice sessions but we are all coming together finally and we cannot wait to cheer you all on just as much as we would cheer on our own.

Merry Christmas from SCT Dance!

This year has been challenging to say the least and there are more challenges to come but we have stuck together throughout the storm and are stronger than ever for it. Thank you to all our dancers and parents for following safety guidelines in and out of the studio and also working out how to use zoom in lockdowns.

We wish everyone and their families a safe and very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! 😘

Lots of fun had Saturday night especially when you are driving around in a van looking like part of Jokers gang 🤣🤣 thanks for the free brownies they were delicious as always and thanks to for getting us out to enjoy Halloween 😊

What an amazing first week back!! With a lot of paper work, sanitising and masking tape we did it! Well done to all the dancers you are all amazing and we can’t wait to continue this season with you. As well as new dancers we also welcomed our new coach who I could not have got through this week without. The SCT Dance family is growing and we are back fully steamed and ready for whatever this season throws at us 💪 Studios

All those that have tried out and submitted their videos will find out their team placement by 9pm tonight!

2017 when we got engaged and 2020 when we were supposed to be getting married. Same cocktail different year ☺️

So tonight should be my wedding night. Instead I am taking a night off from my healthy eating and enjoying a Nutella martini 😋 😍

Do not be afraid of something new!!

Very recently I decided to change my hair to mostly blonde, learn to ride a motorbike (CBT course this weekend 😉), set myself a bodybuilding challenge for next year and much more.

People may think I’m going through some weird crazy moment in life before I turn 30 but I’m just living life to the full and enjoying new things!

You only live once so aim to do everything you’ve always wanted.... I may be super busy now but I am loving every moment (just need my dance classes to start up again now 🙌)

If any of you have ever wanted to know what it is like to perform on a stage, be part of a team, set yourself a challenge, dance through every muscle in your body..... take that step and send me a message. We have competition teams for all ages, shapes and sizes! Do not be afraid and take that step forward to doing what you want ❤️
