Each week we share highlights, achievements and special moments that have taken place recently within our branches. It's so important for us to celebrate the amazing things our teams are doing and thank those who go above and beyond to make a difference. We couldn't do it without you. With that in mind, here are this week's photos!

1 & 2. Our team loved celebrating Housing 21's birthday party at Granville Court! All the carers and residents got involved and had a lovely day. There was a BBQ, an ice cream van, a DJ and dancing πŸ’ƒ

3. Well done Hera who won carer of the month at our Colwyn Bay branch. The team said you have shown how dedicated you are to the job and the people you care for. You go above and beyond in all you do and they are so proud of you πŸ’œ

4. Well done to our Annabel in our West Oxfordshire branch, who has completed her care certificate. The team are so proud and mentioned that it was a great way to celebrate before she goes on maternity leave with her baby girl due next month. Good luck Annabel πŸ‘Ά

Cera’s AI helps our carers to reduce patient hospitalisations by up to 70% and our teams are proud to be able to do their bit in easing pressures on the NHS πŸ’œ

As our Founder and CEO Dr. Ben Maruthappu said in an article with The Times, AI has a huge role in preventative healthcare, ensuring that risks are spotted early, flagged and dealt with, preventing A&E visits and hospital stays.

It is fantastic to see our hard work, exceptional service and innovative model of care recognised in this way πŸ’ͺ

Thank you to everyone in the Cera family. This wouldn't be possible without you! πŸ’œ

Did you know that loneliness has been associated with a 40% increased risk of dementia? And in some cases, premature death?

Stats like these underscore the critical importance of our incredible carers.

Carers don't just provide care; they have conversations, share stories, celebrate birthdays, organise bucket list trips and so much more.

In a world where loneliness can have such devastating effects, we are lucky to have a compassionate team of frontline staff here at Cera, who go above and beyond to provide not just physical support, but emotional connection and companionship πŸ’–

We’ve ensured records and insights from our Carer app are accessible to the family members of patients, so that they’re kept in the loop of how their loved ones are doing.
