Clay Brook Healthcare is looking for Registered Nurses to work with our clients, based in the Margate and Tharnet area.

As a nurse, we require you to be willing to provide the highest standards of quality Nursing Care, to assist in identifying and addressing the Health and Social Care of a wide variety of Services to the residents. Ensure all Nursing Practices are evidence based and reflect current regulations / trends, working with the Registered Managers and other Trained Nurses in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating Quality Nursing Care. Your role will include supervising and training Care Assistants and warranting the full and professional delivery of Care to Service Users.

To create a secure, caring and stimulating environment in which patient/Residents are treated with respect and dignity, and are encouraged to reach their full potential. Must operate within the Code set by the NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council).

Our Agency works with some of the most prestigious homes in the Area and therefore we are looking for exemplar nurses to give the service clients expect on a daily basis.

· Minimum of 6 months experience working within a NHS Hospital.

· RGN, RMN registered.

· Knowledge of relevant NHS hospital policies and procedures.
