My Rosie loved Tummy Time, ever the adventurous little one, she’s been game for exploring new things since she was tiny.
But did you know, tummy time is more than just play?
It’s essential for your baby’s development! Here’s why:

I’ve had a flurry of new followers, so thought it was a good time to re-introduce myself!
I’m Claire, I founded Tutum Birthing after the birth of my second daughter, eight years ago. I bring what I feel are essential pre and postnatal services to parents who are looking for a holistic approach.
When choosing to work with me, you will be provided with tailored support and attention during your pregnancy, up to and including childbirth if this is something you require, not forgetting those early days of parenthood and the challenges it can bring!
Continuity of care at such a vulnerable time is proven to bring parents more comfort and an increased sense of safety and security. Since each pregnancy and individual experience is different, I believe this to be important.

Tutum Birthing
I am mother to two girls, Flora and Rosie. My passion for Hypnobirthing began with my eldest, when I was 6 months pregnant. I was beginning to get pretty anxious and someone suggested Hypnobirthing could help me feel more confident. When we took the course, it all began to make sense and my anxiety quickly subsided. It turned to strength, confidence and pure excitement! I couldn’t wait to experience the feeling of labour and to find out how my birth would be. When both of my girls decided to make their appearance, I had this amazing feeling of calm as soon as my surges began and I felt incredibly excited. My husband was totally amazed at how I went into my own zone and as he said ‘you were like a different person’
Dominic was able to use all of the tools he had learnt to assist me with my labour, we were incredibly close as a team for both births. I couldn’t wait to spread this positive side of birth preparation with anyone who would listen! I so passionately want to share all of my knowledge with you, helping you both to feel relaxed empowered and ready to enjoy what can be a wonderful experience.
I am based in Barnet and I run both private and group classes for expectant parents in Barnet and surrounding areas, Muswell Hill, Enfield, Palmers Green, and Crouch End.
