We love crisps.

I mean who doesn't?
When looking to cut some calories and lose fat, getting rid of the "rubbish" seems the obvious answer. However, it's not that simple is it? Or else we'd all be repping those washboard abs.

You don't have to completely cut out that snack that making small swaps can can make a big difference.
Swapping a packet of crisps for a packet of good popcorn can satisfy that itch for a snack and keep your calories low.
Lowering your fat and colorie intake with little snacks like this can go a long way in keeping you on track.

Simply set yourself 3 goals, big or small it doesn't matter.
Decide them, write them down and go after them.
Set a reminder on your phone every 3 months with those three goals on them.

setting new goals is no bad thing, infact research has shown that resetting your mindset towards a goal can help you better achieve it and lead to further satisfaction.

Who is behind the coaching at World-Class Basics?
Meet Kieran.
Kieran has been in the health and fitness industry for 6 years.
Whilst studying his BSc in Nutrition he became a group exercise instructor at TurnFit Studios in Guildford.

Then Graduating with a degree in Nutrition went on to be a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Reed's School in Cobham. Looking after their elite athletes and training them in an array of sports from Golf to Rugby and Swimming to Tennis.

He has passion for seeing lasting change, helping people engage with and enjoy exercise and healthy living. Like with starting a business he believes there is no 'perfect' time to start your health and fitness journey, the hardest step is the first one.

Always smiling and always wanting to help. Kieran will be leading our coaching in 2023 to ensure our clients get the results and changes they desire.
