The running trainers have made an appearance for the first time this year (last run was October😬). Easter Sunday run in the sunshine done - extremely slow pace compared to when I was running during covid but everyone has to start somewhere right?!😊

How have you started your week? I was up and out for a little bodyweight cardio HIIT session this morning.. found myself an area with some artificial grass to work out on in the resort💪🏼✅
The hotel has an amazing gym but annoyingly it doesn’t open til 10am which is too late for me - I want to exercise early before breakfast so it’s done for the day and I can make the most of my holiday☀️👙

It’s been a while since I last posted.. hope you’re all doing well and I suppose I should say Happy New Year (yes I’m well aware it’s March next week😂). How’s those New Year resolutions working out.. still going strong?💪🏼
I’ve been quiet recently.. I had a lovely holiday to Mexico before Christmas and have been working hard since. For various reasons I took on a new role in January so besides personal training & teaching classes I’ve also been working part time in a completely different sector to fitness which I’m loving🥰
Training for me these days consists of HIIT workouts, spin classes and the occasional weights session. This weekend is the first weekend I’ve had off since the start of the year so I’m in Wales visiting family🏴. I’m changing up my exercise routine while I’m away and have just been for a run around Roath Lake in Cardiff (before and after photos⬇️). Although I’m nowhere as fit or fast as when I was running in lockdown, I really enjoyed it and must make the effort to build running back into my weekly training🏃♀️
