We’d like to talk about an amazing collaboration between two of our members: TORS Distillery and LittlePod the Vanilla Company!

Tors have been using LittePod's responsibly sourced organic coffee extract in their Caramel and Coffee vodka liqueur for a number of years. When they started developing their new vanilla vodka it was a no-brainer for them to keep it 'Made in Devon' and use LittlePod's Indonesian vanilla pods. These aren't just any vanilla pods - they're from LittlePod’s collaborative orchard in Bali, where the farmers use a pioneering system of polyculture. This means the pods are grown next to cacao and coffee plants in the natural rainforest, giving it a wonderful depth of flavour and scent. Keep your eyes peeled for this new product - it's still brewing!
