At the start of this year I had totally different plans for Therapy Pod, but they were drastically changed and sometimes the universe has other ideas for us.

Little did I know it would result in building my own studio that now holds space for each and every client that comes through our doors. I always find this time of year a time to reflect in order to move forward with positivity.
I won’t lie, it’s been the hardest year for me as a business personally starting the year with a brand new baby and so much turbulence with moving locations a couple of times. However looking back now I can see it all happened for the right reasons and I feel very blessed that we are exactly where we are 2024 looks so promising.

I assumed this would be a temporary move, but so far we are loving it and thriving so much in our space that’s been created to exude exclusive use to each client and create an environment that allows each individual to truly switch off and relax.

So a huge thank you to those clients who have stuck with us and followed us wherever we have been I honestly can’t thank you enough and I hope it shows in each treatment we give that you are valued and cared for.

To anyone new we are open between Christmas and New Year with lots more appointments available from January.

Emma is going to be adding more day time appointments from January so those who are always scouting her appointments you’re in luck!

We will be quieter on socials over the next couple of weeks to spend time recouping and giving ourselves a rest too.

We’ve been in our new premises for a week today and love it!

Being able to go for a walk before or after a treatment, pop to the quaint shops or even indulge in most definitely something iced to drink all on our doorstep whilst being tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

You may have noticed we’ve tweaked our massage treatments on the website too.
We have always tailored each treatment to suit you and that’s exactly what we are doing.

You can book a Bespoke Massage and upon booking can specify exactly what you’d like and require to truly get the most from your treatment.

Today marks the end of an incredible chapter as I bid farewell to the place where the Therapy Pod journey began. It's my last day here, and I can't help but feel a mix of emotions.

But hey, I wanted to take a moment to thank all of you amazing clients who have made this experience truly remarkable!
To each and every one of you who trusted me with your well-being, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I've witnessed incredible transformations, and I'm humbled to have been a part of your lives.

Now, here's the exciting part: I'm going on a well-deserved holiday! 🏖️ But don't worry, I won't be completely MIA. I'll still be checking socials and emails, so if you need anything, feel free to reach out. Just bear with me if my replies are a tad slower than usual.
