I posted a reel of this project last week, but I wanted to share some still pictures for you to view as well. 🫡

🏡The team at MC Building and Landscaping recently completed a comprehensive garden project. The work included the installation of a new porcelain patio, a new balcony, and decking. Additionally, the project featured retaining walls that we fitted porcelain cladding. We also addressed all drainage issues around the house.👌🏼

‼️The team have completed the dig out on this customers garden and stoned up ready for the 60sqm porcelain to be laid‼️

The team have been at a customers house this week building a patio area

The customer asked if we could build a small fence at the back of the garden to keep the dog from going in to the next doors garden 🐶

We fitted this in today for the customer and it look smart if I don’t say so my self 🙂

Looks incredible the team at MC Building & Landscaping have done another brilliant job and the customer is over the moon ! I will update pictures when all things are put back in there place and the retaining walls are cladded. 🫡

The contrast of colours go so well together the Lucido Grey porcelain slabs along with the Wood Grain Stone Grey Composite deck boards 👌🏼

‼️The customer wanted to keep the middle existing patio and for us to fill in around it.SO we did just that using similar sandstone with a cobbled border to break it up. We also raked out old joint in existing patio and grouted in the same colour as the new ‼️

This weeks jobs is well underway with the first job being to dig out and set up 🙂 I’ll update pictures along the way 🏡

Last week was a little different working inside

We stripped all spindles and T&G and sanded all balustrade

Fitted new spindles along with new T&G and created 2 little cupboards one for storage and the other for the cat🐱which we will fit cat flap this week.

We are back at this customers house in a few weeks to start the outside works
