Worn out boss repaired for a claas scorpion telehandler
Cut the old boss off, turn up a new one on the lathe and weld it on
Also pressed the bushes in and made 2 new pins to suit. All turned around within a day to keep downtime down

Another bucket edge cut off and replaced with a hardox one the other day
Worn down front corners also repaired

Busy on the press brake recreating panels for a keenan feeder to replace rotted through ones

Hopper for quickly bagging grain into 25kg bags
Made from a old drill hopper that was extended to 8’ wide at the top so you can tip a telehandler bucket straight into it.

Nice little project last week - Adapter plate made up for euro8 - merlo attachments.

Made up a pair of these wheel weight adapters to put Old Ford weights on Massey wheels without having to re drill the wheels.

Quick repair job this evening on dividing gates inside a stockbox where the locking pin had broken off.
Re welded and strengthened with a plate.

Quick on site job last week, trailer with towing eye pulled out replaced.
All sorted out in situe in the field where it happened.

Fabricated and installed some barn style doors for a garage last week

Straightened and braced the ears for the ram on this buckrake this morning
Bracing plate bent to shape and welded on the back to add a bit of extra strength and support the bosses closer to the ram.

New back door fabricated for a lime spreader to replace the old one that had rusted out yesterday afternoon.

Bent dribble bar repaired a while back. Managed to straighten the ram out as a temporary fix too. Broken on a Saturday afternoon, fixed on a Sunday and back to work first thing Monday morning

Bringing in a new to me press brake the other day. We can now bend and fold parts.

Quickly popping a new edge and teeth on this bucket for a 7 ton jcb on the weekend

Converting this woodchipper from having a fixed chute to a folding chute so it can fit in barns better and doesn’t bounce around so much on the road. Also fabricated a heavy duty A frame for quick attaching.

New hangers and edge put on this grading bucket to make it suit a 7 ton jcb machine.

Made up and hung some internal barn doors on site a couple years ago. The backs of these were going to be filled with insulation to try and contain some of the noise in the barn

Quick job this morning, welding up a aly bike shifter that had snapped

Putting a bit of life back into some bomford superflow legs that hadnt had the points changed quite in time

Made a chute to narrow the mouth of this pan mixer for pouring concrete straight into post holes, few quick repairs also carried out to the same machine.

Shortening and hanging these barn doors to keep the wind out of this calf shed.

Made up a pair of pallet forks for this small tractor, can either go on the back of the tractor with an A frame or on the loader with skidsteer quick attach plates.

Couple of bits turned up to do some repairs to a dowdeswell plough that had seen better days.
A new stud to replace a bent one and new boss to weld on the end of the turnover ram.

Job from a few months ago, adapter plate made from JCB Q-fit to euro 8 brackets

Old manitou brackets removed and a fresh set of CAT brackets installed along with euro8 so this bale squeeze can now be used with either a telehandler or loader tractor, no adapter plates required.
