Setting personal boudaries helps you protect your personal space, prioritize self-care, and maintain balance in your hectic life. Having healthy boundaries tells other people what’s okay, and when they need to back off. ⚠
Without boundaries you will get walked over. So put a fence up to say no to trespassers and those who are unwanted on your land.

I wrote this book because it was understanding and dealing with the psychological aftermath of trauma, left from being in a car crash in early childhood, that allowed me to put myself back together again so I felt alive, and not broken like I had done for three decades.
Been thinking about coaching; been wondering what it would be like to work with me? Well wonder no more. I'm launching my seven part coaching programme, and here is a break-down of what that will look like.
This is a seven week programme but will be tailor-made to your exact needs. So if it is confidence and mindset you want to work on, we can do things to work more in that, or any other area you want help on.

I have travelled the path from being lost and feeling broken, like despite everything you do to make life work, it just doesn't. I now have the tools and strategies that I didn't have before, and now I can guide you to the success you aren't sure how to get.
Living with long-term trauma/PTSD is extremely draining on the body, and also isolating because you don't have the energy for social interactions. Please get the help and support you need so that you don't feel like you're doing it by yourself, using more energy you don't really have to spare, as you are using up all your energy in survival mode.
Whether it's from a coach, therapist, or just talking to a friend; things are better out of your head.
July is Disability pride month, and I'm all about having admiration for everyone who lives with a disability. Having a brain injury and a physical disability means I get to fully embrace and understand what it's like to have both physical and mental challenges.
I don't think people without such challenges can fully comprehend what someone with a disability has to contend and put up with. Please take a moment to admire and respect those that don't have it as straight forward as others.
The learning and growing never stops. Saw on a podcast yesterday and instantly knew intuitively I had to get know his work.
This book just arrived, and know I can't put it down.

What does this quote say to you?
I know from experience have gone through trauma and lots of adversity you lose your sense of identity and you become a Yes person to keep the peace. Saying yes to everyone and every thing is exhausting and burns you out.
Creating healthy boundaries and learning how to be assertive, is often hard in the first instance, but it can save you in the long run.

I love this little quote. What is it saying, you maybe wondering?
The beliefs and habits that got us to where you are today, are probably not the same beliefs and habits which are going to get you to your future goal or success. You may need to upgrade your systems to get you to where you want to go from here.
What is it you need to change or improve to get you from where you are now, to where you want to be?
If times are hard, and not going the way you intended, just know that This Too, Will Pass.
Whatever we resist persists.
Where attention goes energy flows. So if we give attention to what's wrong, what's wrong gets energy amplifying the problem.
If you just relax and go with the flow rather than resisting things, there won't be a problem.

In order to take control of your life you need to control your subconscious programming, which is running 95% of your life. Often we feel stuck in life, mostly because of our subconscious programming which is out-dated, and was acquired during childhood.
"Today's science estimates that 95 per cent of our brains activity is unconscious, meaning that the majority of the decisions we make, the actions we take, our emotions and behaviours, depend on the 95 percent of brain activity that lies beyond conscious awareness."
So you're trying to do adult things with inefficient programming to support you in your life today.
Through the style of coaching I do, and the modalities I incorporate with my work I will teach you how to re-programme your subconscious so you can get unstuck, and increase the chances of you creating the life you want.

Really embracing this quote today as I changed my work-space and moved to my other desk with a riser on it. Too much sitting is not great for you. Now I am standing and letting the energy move freely.
