We arrive back early hours of 5th August!!
When we are back we will launch the new menu and prices ready for the summer holidays!!

Working from home isn’t so bad after all.

First cake made back at home!! # # #

As you all know I’m now back home working, which actually isn’t all that bad!!
So I need to rearrange the menu and look at what we can do more of!!

Today I cleared out the rest of my stuff from the club!! It’s a very sad day but also a day that needed to happen!! We have worked so hard in there but it’s not the end of the business, we are still very much open and taking bookings!!
Please just bear with me for the next week as I sort myself out because believe me going from 2 kitchens to 1 is not fun and I have got stuff everywhere!!
Over the next week I need to sort paperwork out and contact my EHO to come and visit me at home!! I also need to look at my menu and adapt it to home life so that I continue to give you all the food you love!!
So please be assured I’m still very much going I just need to adjust to home life again!!

I had the pleasure of doing the skittles presentation catering this year and from all the comments I didn’t disappoint them!! They had cheesecakes, chocolate fudge cake and fresh fruit as well for after but that was gone before I could get any photos xx

Hi all, sorry we’ve been so quiet lately!! Lots of changes going on at the minute but what we just want to let you know is that we are definitely not closing the buisness as rumours are circulating, yes we will be leaving the club but that isn’t our choice as such and a case of matters out of our control!! But just means that we will be running the buisness from home again!! Anyone who is booked in for anything you are still very much in my diary and will stay there!! We can still fulfill all catering jobs from home as we did before hand so please don’t worry!! When we will leave the club isn’t known yet but will keep you posted!! Might mean I have more time for cake making again so treat boxes will be back # # #

As I always tell you everything I do is self taught and my kids are always my guinea pigs!! Declan was 4 on Wednesday and had his party today so I practised doing 2 colours on the cake and 2 colour piping!! It was really hot and the butter cream kept melting but I think at a first attempt it’s not too bad!! He loved it which is the main thing!! # # #
