Many of our loyal campers will have read the below message that i put out last year. I have had some lovely emails messages wishing us luck in our next venture. So to let you know the good news our new venture is just around the corner in many ways !! We are in the process of purchasing a plot of land about a mile away from the old site. Upon completion we shall be re opening the otter vale, the new site boasts the same wonderful views with the added extra of a pond.

Please please watch this space and I will keep you all updated to the progress and dates.

Good Morning peeps, As many of you that have visited this year will have noticed we have sold Monkton Barton Farm, which is where The Otter Vale is based. The last day for The Otter Vale Wild Camping in the 12th of September 2021.
We wish to thank all of you for your support and wonderful memories made, we have been so lucky, having some wonderful peeps come and stay with us and many friendships have been made. If you are looking to carry on your Wild camping or camping with your own space with a campfire either in woods, meadows or even in a bit of both, come and visit us at The Little Silver Stream. She is a larger site with many hiding places set in one of the most tranquil settings. www.thelittlesilverstreamwildcampingdevon.com We would love to see you, show you around the farm, see the animals, watch the milking and when the chickens stop being freeloaders taste the eggs cooked over your own campfire. Based near Honiton, Devon just 30-40 mins drive from us they’re one of our most local vineyards. Not only will we be tasting their award winning Sparkling and Still wine we’ll also be chatting about some of the “unusual” grapes that make them.
