I cannot recommend more highly. Our boiler unexpectedly burst after radiators were not working. He promptly replaced the boiler, rewired the thermostat control thing, and checked a few other problems of ours, including a low pressure shower. Paul is very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the problem in depth, with honesty, in a way thats easy to understand. He decides on the necessary work after completing a comprehensive review. Our rental has shoddily done work, not completed to standard. Paul clearly explained where and why there were issues. Also COVID safe! Thanks!
