I’m getting lots of messages from past members wanting to come back to our Slimming World group but who are worried for one reason or another, so let me put your mind at ease because I'm sure you're not alone.
You might be saying to yourself:
💥‘No way, I haven't been to group for ages. I couldn't go back now.’
💥'I've put weight back on, I can’t go back.’
💥'I've joined so many times now, I'm worried about what everyone will think.’

These feelings are what keep us from achieving our dreams, they keep us away from group and away from all the support we need to succeed.
So please be reassured that in our Slimming World Groups, you will be welcomed back with warmth, care and respect.
No matter how the past couple of weeks, months or years have been for you, we're only ever looking forward to a positive future.

It’s hard to believe that a big bowl of penne or spaghetti can be Free on Slimming World – yet it’s true, pasta is one of the Free Foods that our members can enjoy to their hearts’ content, without any need to weigh, measure or count.
