I’ll be honest, in the past I’ve been mocked for how ‘small’ and ‘tiny’ my arms are.
A bit of a sore point.
Something I would never focus my gym sessions on - it was always cardio 🏃🏻♀️
Fast forward A LOT of years and my focus is so different.
I’ve got a split training programme, focusing on all muscle groups (yes even calves 😂) and I’m starting to notice a difference.
Might not be massive but there’s a bit of definition so I’m taking that for the win 💪🏼

My Personal Training sessions are designed to introduce you to exercise if you’re new and provide you with easy to follow at home plans. If you are coming back to exercise from a break (injury, pregnancy or just busy life) then I plan sessions around your needs to allow you to get the most out of your workouts.
HIIT and circuit classes are designed to allow you to work to your own ability and there are always options for you on the day to make sure you get the best from your session.

If you are new to exercise this is a great class to come along and try. Classes are a mix of body weight, weighted and cardio exercises and there is an option to suit everyone’s needs.
