What a night! Thank you to everyone who came to join my inner dance session last night!

Thank you everyone who showed up for themselves, even though they had no idea they were about to face and expose some of their vulnerabilities.

The biggest changes come when you are ready and I’m pretty sure everyone walked out of that room a different person to when they walked in.

I will be booking a date for my next Inner Dance in February soon, so if you’re ready to take the next step then join me and let’s shift and rise together 🙏🏻💕

I want to say a big thank you to everyone who joined me last night for the final inner journey of the year. What a special and very powerful healing experience it was.

Thank you to everyone who has joined me this past year, for showing up for YOURSELF!!!!
The healing path can be tricky at times but eventually when you look back on how much your life has changed you will only see how it was worth it!

I’m really looking forward to seeing what next years Inner Dance sessions bring, and a new venue too!!!

I was thinking about Inner Dance and about how it can really change your life.

For those that know about, understand the Tarot, it really is in the same league of the major Arcana. These are the big things in your life.

I decided to ask my Tarot which of the major arcana is the chosen card for this weeks inner dance? Of course it had to be the death card.

Those who don’t understand the tarot will often fear this card coming up, but really this card signifies the end of a chapter, rebirth and transformation on the horizon.

I’ve been hearing some wonderful news from participants of how two people finally found love, how one is expecting a new life another who has a new home and job.

I wonder what Friday nights session will bring???

Well what can I say! What an amazing day of healing yesterday.

I just want to thank everyone who attended my Inner Dance day.
It was a powerful day of healing, but also those who came to the whole day it was a lovely day to meet new people and eat, drink and share stories.

Well what can I say. You’ve been my right hand man all week, from helping with the shopping, cooking the gorgeous lunch, taxi services and general running around all day. I couldn’t have done it without you.

Siobhan Rushe Kathleen Moohan another big thank you for firstly travelling so far and secondly just mucking in. You’ve worked tirelessly over the past two days. Again I couldn’t have done it without you. But also being able to spend some quality time catching up.

To all the people who came from far and wide, Rondi Bryson for travelling from Ireland and Kay from Scotland. But also to everyone locally who showed up and shared their vulnerability and opened their hearts to this extremely powerful process. Also to everyone for mucking in with the tidying up and other practical things.

I want to give a shout out to The Leaf for providing the most amazing South India. Food. So much of it too, we will be eating it in the days to come.

For those who attended if you would like to be added to my Inner Dance self support group let me know. I love hearing how your life has changed from the moment you stepped into that room.

It definitely was a day I’ll remember and I hope to bring this again in the future…

I will be organising my monthly inner dance schedule for the months leading up to Christmas so look out for that.

I was doing some healing for someone yesterday and I kept getting the message, “It’s the shadow self.”

This is the shadow self! Many are being faced with challenges right now, it’s like it’s the end of an era and just like at the end of a school year you go through tests or exams to see what you’ve learnt!

Well as we enter a new era we are being tested! Will you keep running and hiding from facing your truths, or will you just sit still and face them head on?

Either way this period will pass and your higher self will know the results of the exam. It’s not a case of pass or fail, it’s a case of am I ready to move into the next module or do I need to resit 💕

Let’s talk about the 8/8 portal!

Those of you who are into manifesting will know or will have been told that today on the 8/8 you should spend the day manifesting as this is the most powerful time of the year!

To those who are feeling all jolly, happy and in the manifesting frame of mind then I wish you a great day and I hope all your desires and wishes come to fruition!!!

But….. and this is a BIG BUT…..

Many of you might be feeling like crawling into a hole and switching off from the enormous energies you are experiencing. You might be feeling depressed, the mind might be saying “oh no, if I’m feeling depressed then I’ll manifest more of this into my life today 😳😳😳😳”

Well I just want to tell you what I’m doing. I’m taking it easy, doing self care, just looking after myself.

I think when we have fear we create resistance anyway. So I’m not stressing over the fact that I’m not “doing anything special” during this time. Simply because when we are in a state of resistance we aren’t going to be able to manifest anything at all.

So if you’re like me today and not in the manifesting mood, don’t stress! There’s plenty more days when your feeling in a better frame of mind. Perhaps today you need to manifest more rest and peace into your life! I think that’s where I’m at right now 💕💕💕
