It is our absolute pleasure to introduce you to 11-week-old cocker spaniel Billy and his very happy tail 🐶🥰

Billy is at the very start of his journey to become a life-changing hearing dog, but he has already mastered the perfect 'sit' and those all-important puppy dog eyes.

The early part of Billy's training will see him continue to learn his basic cues like 'down' and 'wait', and he will also be encouraged to explore lots of new sights, sounds and smells 😊

Rocky is helping out with some home improvements and he did brilliantly on his training visit to a DIY store 😃
