Little Lambs Toddler Group, CCBC, Fleet

Phyllis Tuckwell centre in Invincible Road Farnborough are having a Children’s Event (toy/book sale) over the week of half term. Starting Saturday 26th October 9.30am.

(Opposite Dunelm in Farnborough)

Tuesday Group - we have Elaine coming to visit us tomorrow (22nd) to do a presentation about dental health!

She will talk to the children, with puppets, read a story, and talk about teeth. We'll all sit down around the carpet as usual, and there may be time for a few songs at the end. So all the toys will be out as normal for the rest of the morning, but Elaine will do a presentation during our carpet time.

Tomorrow is our last Tuesday session before half term (so there's no session on 29th October) - back on 5th November!

ROADWORKS....!
A different part of Basingbourne Road is now fully closed off! The bit between The Bourne and Linkway. So this means you can't come down to church from Reading Road South, NOR can you turn right from Linkway into Basingbourne Road!

So this means the only way to get to toddler group tomorrow (and possibly the rest of this week) will be from The Verne end, via Johnson Way and the mini roundabout!

Tomorrow it's the Harvest Festival at Church. It's a family service. Do come and join us at 10.30am if you're free.
Refreshments served in the hall after the service.

Donated food (tins, packets, etc) will be given to Hart Foodbank for distribution to local families.

I'm afraid that Basingbourne Road is STILL blocked just after Linkway, so to get to toddler group, you'll need to go the long way round via Johnson Way, Award Road and the Verne, or Elizabeth Drive, Ryelaw Road, or Ferndale Road! It's likely to be blocked until 4th October.

Wednesdays are full this term. We have a few spaces in Tuesdays and Thursdays if you come across friends who are looking for a group to go to.

That's why we sing so much at singing time at toddler group!

Summer dates -
Tomorrow is the last day of term for the Tuesday group (Tuesday 9th) - because there's a funeral at the church on the 16th. So there is no toddler group on Tuesday 16th July.

Next week:
Wednesday group - your last day is Wednesday 17th July.
Thursday group - your last day is Thursday 18th July.

Hello everyone - just a reminder to our Thursday group families that there is NO TODDLER GROUP this Thursday (4th July), due to the church premises being used by Hart District Council as a polling station for the General Election. We're back on Thursday 11th July and 18th July.

The next Sunday Fun event at Church is happening on Sunday 17th March at 3pm.

Easter crafts, activities, fun and food, for families and children up to age 11.

Message for Millie from Tuesdays, we found your cup while tidying up!

Toddler group IS on tomorrow morning (Thursday 8th Feb) for those Thursday Families who are coming on foot. (Five days of major roadworks start tomorrow, where Basingbourne Road is closed during the daytime, with limited access to houses and businesses).

We are then closed next week as it's half term, and term restarts on Thursday 22nd February.

We are back to toddler group NEXT WEEK (second week of January) - so we restart on Tuesday 9th, Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th January. Sarah, Jo, Agnes, Sue and others will be running the groups while Helen's away on jury service!

We still have a few uncollected Christmas decorations where children had made hand cut-outs and doves, as part of the Christmas Tree Festival entry - if that's you, you can pick those up next week.

Not long now until our Nativity Sunday Fun ... this Sunday 17th December at 3pm.
