Final Reminder
Kent Test Application Close this evening.
Year 5 had a fantastic time on our trip to Otterpool today. The children were so polite and well behaved - this was commented on by the staff at Otterpool.
First we enjoyed the short train journey to reach our destination, just outside Folkestone. After being welcomed and introduced to the site by Georgie and John, we had a scavenger hunt around the site, looking for different wildlife living in the habitats there.
Then in the afternoon the children had the opportunity to study aquatic life from a stream sample, or work together to make a large bug hotel. John and Georgie were very inspiring with their knowledge and enthusiasm about the natural environment. We would like to thank them, and the team at Otterpool Park, for providing this excellent learning experience for our pupils.
Many of you know there are some significant changes from the summer. This simple guide might help!
