On/Off k**b not shutting off. No messing about looking for replacement cartridge just swapped it out for brand new shower valve

Kitchen sink pipework

Recent bathroom adaptation carried out for a new customer.

Customer choose everything and wanted minimal change and disruption.

Bath removed and replaced with 1600x700 mira flight anti slip tray installed to help with disabilities. Grab rails installed for extra support. Orchard Eden shower fitted along with the required additional tiles. Existing radiator replaced with chrome towel radiator.

Advanced hydro water conditioner

Fitted this for new customer who wanted better water quality but without having to maintain it. Fitting this conditioner means no maintenance required.

Waste pipe blocked


Plunger and wet vac not upto the job. Removed boxing in to gain access to stack and waste. Replaced part of soil pipe and upgraded waste.

1 electrician and 2 plumbers later 🙈 pulled up bathroom floor with 3 layers of vinyl,ply and chipboard i eventually found the culprit!
