78W x 160 tubes = 12,480Watts 💡

We have now installed 6ft LED light fittings with sensors in WCs, staff room and office areas reducing the time left on through the day.

80 x 40W = 3,200W

🤯 that’s a third of the power required.

With lights being on for 12 hours a day that’s a huge reduction in cost and a smart investment for this warehouse.

This condition report picked up these issues and replaced all spotlights throughout the property installing new fire rated concealed LED units to ensure electrical safety as well as a reduction in energy usage … win win ✅
