Following on from last weeks cleansing post, here’s a little hack.
When my skin is feeling a little grey and meh. I use a combo from below to give my skin a quick boost by having a power cleanse.
So what is a power cleanse and when to use it:
• A powerhouse of ingredients to achieve a clean, exfoliated, refreshed, brightened skin in a short amount of time.
•A quick pep up for the skin
• When the skin is in need of exfoliating
• Time starved
• Special occasion
Do not over exfoliate the skin, therefore omit the regular exfoliation for the skin for the next 2-3 days.
Also bear in mind this won’t be suitable for all.
Add a few drops of Juicy Greens to Smoothing cleanser to benefit from the alpha hydroxy acids and 4% polyhydroxy acids to gently exfoliate, reduce pigmentation, boost the job of the cleanser
Or
Mix Clear Skies with a few drops of Fruit peel, into a paste and work around the skin and leave on the skin for 2-5mins allowing the alpha, beta and polyhydroxy acids, to lift away dead skin cells, smooths texture and brightens and rinse off as usual.
Always ensure you are using an SPF if using in the morning.
