Carpenter/ multi trade that has experience and competence in cut roofs, kitchen fitting, general carpentry and building.

This is a full time employment position, PAYE, van and tools can be provided along with fuel card. Or if using own van allowance will be made for maintenance and fuel paid. Can be on a self employed basis paid through CIS if you’d rather.

Work based around Radstock, Midsomer Norton, Frome and Trowbridge areas.

Wage dependant on experience and skill set.

General builder-Skills required, using mini diggers, foundations, brick and block laying, plastering, concreting, stud walls etc.

Full time employed position for the right person.

Must have driver’s license.

Work around Frome, Radstock, Trowbridge.

Gable has been completed, roof is on, done with reclaimed Marley Modern tiles from Frome Reclamation. Ready to render the gable end so we can drop the gable lift scaffold and cut the roof on ground floor. Windows and doors being supplied from Styles - Windows, Doors & Conservatories all other materials from Jewson, Jewson Radstock and Radstock Buildbase.

Roof being cut on at our Extension in Timsbury, gable being built Monday then time for the roof covering, then rendering if the weather holds!

Sorry we haven’t posted for a long time, it’s been a crazy year so far! Here’s some of the jobs we’ve been working on.

Phase 2 nearly complete on a properly we extended earlier in the year. Few bits to finish off then back after Christmas for a few little bits.

Phase two underway in Peasdown. New kitchen, downstairs WC and internal layout to living room and entrance hall. More pictures to follow.

Always nice to pop back and see one of ours jobs once it’s been fully furnished and the owners have put their own stamp on it. Was an absolute pleasure to work for this couple. Phase 2 of the work coming soon.

What a difference it makes to have the scaffolding down! Bi-folds going in tomorrow morning then the windows and roof light.

2 storey extension in Frome moving along nicely. Upstairs has been plastered this week, staircase is been installed and windows and bi-fold doors going in this week! Flat roof also being installed so will be fully watertight.

Patio done! Floor going down tomorrow over the underfloor heating, then we are ready to tile the inside to match the patio. Second fix electrics in the extension next week then we are ready for phase two of the works at this property.

General builder able to do bricklaying, 1st fix carpentry, concreting, patios etc. Driver’s license essential. Full time job, on PAYE. Salary depends on skill set and experience.
