Looking for a fun fitness class to keep you motivated through winter? 🙌

Hatton Boxing for Fitness combines boxing techniques and functional fitness for the ultimate full body workout 🔥

This class is non contact - you work in pairs alternating between boxing and holding pads for 3 min rounds ⏰

You don’t need any previous boxing experience - you will learn how to punch correctly and hold pads. All equipment is provided too so all you need to do is show up 🥊

‘I cannot recommend Claire’s bootcamp classes enough. I have never looked forward to exercising until now. I’ve been going to her sessions for 3 months and I can really feel the difference. When I started my bones were creaking and I could barely get myself off the ground. Now I have burpees and bicycle crunches in my vocabulary.😁

My motivation was to build strength following a full hysterectomy which also catapulted me into medically induced menopause. My symptoms physically and mentally made me feel 20 years older. I knew I had to take action but I’m not a gym person.

Thank you so much for our private pod session for our .fit_withclaire & .fituddingston team day out 💜

Donna guided us through an amazing session challenging our core making sure we got a good workout and a lovely relaxation to finish 🧘‍♀️ Some of our group hadn’t done yoga before…or never at 37 degrees who were surprised how much they enjoyed it 💦 😅

Tips for surviving winter Bootcamp ❄️ ☔️🌧️🍂

It’s getting darker each day and the weather is getting colder but don’t make that an excuse to stop exercising outdoors this winter 💪

Here’s a few helpful tips to prepare you for a Scottish winter bootcamp…

1. Dress for the weather - make sure you have appropriate clothes. It goes without saying if it’s raining, bring a decent waterproof jacket and some layers. It’s important to wrap up in colder weather with lots of layers as well as a hat and gloves 🥶

2. Early morning bootcamp - simple things like organising your clothes, trainers, mat, water etc the night before will save you rushing about in the morning

3. Mind over matter - sometimes the reality of getting outside in the rain or cold weather is actually not as bad as you think. Once you’re outside working hard with everyone and having a laugh you will be glad that you came along 😅☔️

4. Trainers - make sure your trainers are comfy and have grip on them but definitely don’t wear your favourite ones. Be prepared to get a bit muddy and wet sometimes! 👟

5. Enjoy it! - it’s important to remember that you are getting out your comfort zone and most importantly improving your health and fitness levels. Exercising outdoors help build resilience and mental toughness - if you can exercise outdoors in winter you can do anything 🔥🙌
