Part time and full time FOH staff required. Preferably with a little cocktail experience.
Co**ie Chef , part time . Would suit someone going through their training at college who can work some evenings and weekends and then do full time during holidays. We have some great chefs to learn from .

Bru is under new Ownership and will be operating as a Gastro Pub with a much larger menu than previously. All fresh . Looking for engaging professional team members to allow us to expand the opening hours .We are closed today and Tomorrow to allow some decorating and prep before opening again on Thursday.
Opening hours will be 11am to midnight five days and 9.30 am to midnight Saturday Sunday. Food served till 8.30pm 7 days.

A bye bye to Bru from Brad
- This last year of Bru has been the best but hardest of my life. I have loved getting to know each and every one of you and have been overwhelmed by the love and support.
However, running Bru has come at the cost of time with my family, which has been especially hard having just welcomed a new addition.
Having reflected on what’s important, I am passing on the keys of Bru to Ian on Monday. I hope you will join me in wishing him every success.
Bru wouldn’t be here today without the hard work of the incredible staff and the support of all of you and for that- THANK YOU. I will be in all weekend and it would be great to see you before I move on.
