Based in Glasgow, Des is in demand both throughout the UK and across the world. He has toured America, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and has even performed at the iconic Riviera in Las Vegas.
For TV, Des has presented on programmes for both BBC & STV. For radio, Des co-hosted the Clyde 1 Breakfast Show for 6 years, winning three prestigious Sony Radio Academy Awards.

In September 2021, he launched the podcast Straight White Whale with producer and co-host Paul Shields and his online clips on Tiktok and Instagram have accumulated millions of views.
Darren runs a comedy showcase called ‘Darren Connell & The Funny Bunch’ featuring some of the best stand-up comedians on the circuit, regularly selling every show out at Blackfriars, Glasgow.
Darren headlines clubs up and down the country and last year completed his first stand up tour, culminating in a sold out show at the Oran Mor theatre.
Headlining, international award-winning comic, Ray Bradshaw spent 2021/22 touring the UK as John Bishop’s handpicked support act, having previously toured with Frankie Boyle in 2019. Ray was the first comedian to ever win a Scottish Culture Award and is a regular guest host of Breaking The News and Off the Ball.
Ray is a CODA (like in the Oscar winning film) and grew up with deaf parents. All of his shows are performed in both BSL and English, with Deaf Comedy Fam becoming the first ever live comedy experience for more than 800 deaf audience members. The show went on to win the Innovation Award at the Adelaide Fringe 2018 and was nominated for Best Comedy at Perth Fringe.
Ray’s clever, charming and very funny comedy has received critical acclaim from critics and fans alike.
