Hi all,we’ve missed you! We’ve had our holidays and Graduations and are refreshed and ready to go.
We will be starting back next week Thursday 11th,and to thank you for your patience we want to ask you for a special that you want that week,it could be a pizza or a burger so let us know and the most popular will be on next weekend.

Hi all.
We’re not open in June to cover staff holidays and do some training but we will be back with more information in the coming weeks. Thanks for your patience at this time.

As you all know we will be closing tomorrow night. We will however be back to train the new owners over a few weeks with a view to a smooth change over.
I will be on with more information when I have firm dates but in the meantime I’ll ask if there are anyone looking for a job (counter staff/driver and kitchen) please send me a message and I’ll get back to you.

This weekend we have our dirty chicken fries and we are still doing the Hawaiian pizza😳

Just on to say tomorrow we will be running a reduced menu in the shop as we’re catering at the Eaglesham fair but for those of you that didn’t know it was on then please come and join all the fun and activities for all the family.
The weather is to be good and there’s lots to see and do from 11am.

This week we have our Chipotle burger 2 smashed burgers with spicy cheese,jalapeños and chipotle mayo.

We’re on to update you all on a change to our closing date.
We are now going to be closing on the 8th of June.
We have been absolutely blown away with all your lovely comments both on our page and in person in the shop,we would also like to apologise to all that haven’t been able to get pizzas etc the last couple of weekends when we ran out of stock we will make more and try to stop disappointing you.
So to help this you now have another week before we close.

I’m on with some sad news.
Villaggio will be closing on the 1st of June.

This decision was not taken lightly and has caused many sleepless nights in our household.

The business was started and opened by myself, my good friend Iain, and both our families in March 2020. Since then, the business has grown with all your support and kindness into more than just pizza shop. Along the way we’ve made new friends in our community and had lots of lovely messages from you all.

The business has also seen our children grow and hone their social skills to be able to interact with other’s that makes us very proud. Now, they now have their own futures and paths to take and it would be selfish to slow that process by eating into that time by having them work the hours that they do in the shop.

As many of you know, I also have another business that I want to spend more time on and increase our work turnover to accommodate all inquiries.

So these are the reasons that this decision has been made on, it will be hard to close the door for the final time and definitely emotional. However, we couldn’t have done it without you all and you have all been amazing in supporting us on this 4 year trip, in which, we are truly grateful.

From a pizza oven in the back garden to a local business it’s been a steep learning curve but worth all the hard work. I would also like to thank all our staff/family’s for all their hard work over the years it wouldn’t have been possible without them.

We will be opened our usual hours for the next 4 weeks until the Eaglesham fair.
