🍤 🧄 🌶️ This is one of our most popular starters - Gamberoni alla Griglia. Butterflied king prawns flamed with chilli, garlic, parsley and extra virgin olive oil. What a great way to start a meal at Sarti!

🥃 Now the purists will argue that the traditional Negroni is perfect & should not be tinkered with. However, over the years, a few variations have been created that are really nice. Negroni week is the perfect opportunity to try something different.

However, if you're new to Negroni, you'll notice that they're pretty strong (in a good way). A few years ago, a customer asked for a Negroni & then commented that it "was too strong & had too much alcohol". To which we nicely replied, "ice is the only non-alcoholic thing in your glass" 😂😂😂 Cin cin!

⚽ Last Friday, Michele, Dom, Ricksen, Adam, Leo, Luca, Josh represented Sarti in a 5-aside football tournament organised by our friends Chris at Seven Wealth & Fergus at Adapt Commercial Property. This was a charitable event, with all money raised being donated to the SJP Foundation. The guys did really well & made it to the semi-final. More importantly, everyone had a great time raising money for a good cause 💪

It really is a family affair at Sarti & Olivia came in to help over the weekend ❤️ She will be back at school this morning, but we're open for coffee & breakfast from 8am 👍

This dish is on the specials menu at Sarti Wellington St - courgettes & peppers stuffed with creamy ricotta & lemon, oven-baked with parmesan, served with crispy salad & marinated cherry tomatoes. Delizioso!
