Our November Toastie of the Month is a play on the American classic “Peanut Butter & Jam Sandwich”

A unique, Italian sheep’s milk cheese that is infused with the sweet flavour of nature freshly pealed pears. Smooth and crumbly texture with a subtle and delicious taste.

This is very different to a lot of the cheeses we have, if you love the cheese and fruit combo then this is sure to steal your heart.

We tasted 5 different tequilas on this night along with perfectly paired cheeses.
We also made a Spiced Pumpkin Margarita as a welcome drink that went down a storm.

We have plenty more events on our website to look into if you’ve ever wanted to come along to one, these nights are great to bring a friend along to, or give as a gift as you can buy vouchers for them in our website. we will be stopping events mid December to let us deal with the madness in the week leading up to Christmas.

Sitting somewhere betweeen Gruyère and Emmental in appearance, it is delicious on its own or cooked in dishes you would normally prepare with Swiss cheeses.

Based on a Bavarian, semi-hard, washed tins cheese. Mild, nutty and sweet notes.

Baregrape Orange Wine

The last few bottles of Baregrape orange have arrived, there will be no more of this funky natural orange made!
It’s one of our favourite orange wines we have as it’s quite different.

On the nose it’s both tart and refreshing flavours. Iron bru, orange blossom and grapefruit. Floral aromas complete this subtle compassion. On the palate it has a nice length with a touch of salinity. The taste buds are enveloped by powerful citrus notes, while aromas of pear add a touch of freshness.

Dhorlin 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

A resourceful, family-run dairy farm on the Isle of Mull - producing 100% sustainable energy to create award winning cheese and spirit, all from our own cows milk and welcoming visitors all year round.

Dhorlin a new cheese from this fabulous dairy. It is a washed rind cheese with a bouncy soft centre. It has a similar taste to Taleggio with a delicate nutty finish.

Rosebud Preserves

Wonderful preserves from Masham in Yorkshire that have simple ingredients and intense flavours.

Spiced Plum Chutney -
Deep, dark and richly spiced with cloves, ginger, allspiced and molasses sugar.
Serve with Cold Chicken and Mature Cheddar.

Spiced Pickled Oranges -
A fresh and piquant savoury marmalade warmed with cloves, mace and pepper berries.
Perfect with roast ham.

New Organic Wines ✨

Two of our staff went to the French showcase and these two wines were their favourite of the lot, tried and tested so we know how delicious they are!

Chat Fou is a vibrant, red fruited beauty from the Ardéche bursting with cherry and a touch of spice, There’s a lovely freshness and pure fruit flavour that makes it incredibly easy drinking. Organically grown grapes with minimal intervention during the wine making process. A real beauty.

Adele Eric Texier is a beautiful multi-layered wine, a blend of Clairette with a touch of marsanne, from the warm granite soils of St Julien and St Alban in the Ardéche..
A really well rounded white wine, rich & inviting with fruit and a herbaceous textured mouthfeel finishing crisp and dry.

Made in Fife, Scotland

Spanish seville oranges combined with a rich malt whisky, your morning marmalade with a twist!

New Vegan Cheese 🌱

We have two new vegan cheese to add to our selection!
A good vegan Parmesan can be hard to find so you’re sure to be happy with this one made by I AM NUT OK. Full of cheesy flavour with a salty, umami crunch.

If you’ve been missing out on a classic orange melting cheese that is full of flavour and also melts perfectly, the I AM NUT OK American style melting cheese is a great choice. Made from nuts and not coconut oil so it’s nutritious and delicious.
