October is a month of transformation, and we’re embracing the opportunity to become a stronger, healthier, and more mindful version of ourselves. This month, we’re committing to Sober October and challenging ourselves to elevate our fitness and wellness routines.

Why Sober October?
Beyond the obvious benefits of reducing alcohol consumption, we’re excited to explore the positive impact it can have on overall well-being. Alcohol can often hinder progress towards fitness goals, disrupt sleep patterns, and contribute to emotional imbalances. By taking a break from alcohol, there’s hope to gain a clearer understanding of relationships with it and make more informed choices moving forward.

Fitness and Health Challenges:
✅ Daily Workout: Aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day, incorporating a mix of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises.
✅ Balanced Nutrition: Focus on fueling the body with whole, unprocessed foods, prioritising fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats.
✅ Mindful Eating: Practicing mindful eating, paying attention to hunger and fullness cues, and savoring every bite.
✅ Hydration: Staying well-hydrated is essential for optimal health and performance, so aim to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
✅ Quality Sleep: Getting enough restful sleep is crucial for recovery and overall well-being. Prioritise sleep hygiene and create a relaxing bedtime routine with minimal device usage.

We have many memberships to offer all the family and to suit all budgets, with no joining fee and you can cancel at any time.

Adult Solo Membership - to attend one class a week (classes roll over if you can’t make any weeks).

Adult Duo - to attend two classes a week (and includes Open Gym access).

Adult Unlimited - unrestricted class access with Open Gym.

Couples Unlimited - unrestricted access to either train together or share child or pet care and train alternatively.

Teens - 3 MMA classes a week

Juniors - 2 MMA classes a week

We offer a FREE WEEK TRIAL to try many classes to see what fits for you and what sessions you like.

🥊👊🏼❤️ Protect your kids with our martial arts and self defence program, designed to keep them safe from bullies, give them the skills and confidence to safeguard them through life and give them discipline and self belief to hold themselves up in this intimidating and sometimes scary world.

Using a blend of western boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, Bruce Lee’s Jun Fan kickboxing & Jeet Kune Do, plus self defence techniques, we’ll teach your kids the skills and capabilities to assist themselves in aggressive or uncomfortable situations to keep them safe and protected.

First class is a free trial session with affordable monthly memberships after that.
