Glasgow Fitness and ZK promotions are excited to Welcome Frank Gilfeather BACK FOR ANOTHER Boxing Seminar.
A little insight to Frank is he has 200 fights, winning 175 bouts, he is a former Scottish Amatuer champion, he has trained with Sugar Ray Robinson, was the main sparring partner of Walter Mcgowan (former world flyweight champion). He has boxed all over Europe and is now one of the most knowledgeable coaches in the UK as well as being a Sky Sports Journalist
The date of the seminar is May 4th, from 9:00am - 11:30am at Glasgow Fitness Gym.
This will be especially beneficial for anyone competing in any Boxing circuits but is open to anyone who enjoys Boxing and just wants to learn.
