The Kerisac “Cuvee Speciale” Dry is a traditional French Cider, made with 100% of French apples carefully selected in our own orchards in Brittany. Kerisac Cidre Brut presents an amber-yellow colour with fine and light bubbles.

Customer favourite Helles and a new one for us recently is the Dunkel -
This Munich dark lager brewed with pumpernickel malts and a blend of herbal hops. produces a classic character of dark roast malts, liquorice, and cola
notes. Its dryness lifts the lager to a crisp finish.

Augustiner Helles is a classic Munich light lager. Very crisp and fresh with notes of citrus and hops, leading to a sweet malty finish. It has been affectionately described as ‘liquid bread’ 🍞

Staff favourite Lightbulb Extra Pale Ale - 4.5% - 440ml can

As pale as a 100W light bulb but as juicy as an IPA. Session-able, quenching and totally addictive. Biscuity malt base with a hint of sweetness all drenched in fruity and dank hops.

Biere de Saison (750ml)

Wort fermented spontaneously with whole cider apples from Tom Oliver. Blended with Saison and aged for 6 months. 4.5-5.5% abv. Malted barley, wheat, oats. A mixed-fermentation with a combination of yeast and bacteria. May be a blend of beers fermented or aged in oak barrels or foeder. Dry with complex acidity and aroma varying batch to batch. Can be dry-hopped or re-fermented with whole fruit, such as damsons, quince or apricots

Pride is and can be many different things for many different people. For us at Q***r Brewing, Pride Month is every month, and Pride is every damn day. Whether Pride for you is fleeting moments of joy and resistance, a big ol’ annual march, or every minute of every day, we love and support that— and you too.
We brewed this Pride Pils for all of the above, and to celebrate Pride in all its forms across the UK this summer. Pride Pils encapsulates everything we love about pale Czech lager: it’s a light golden hue, with a rich head and a wonderful malt character. It has a bready and grassy aroma, with Lubelska hop bitterness and floral and citrus notes on the palate, followed by a crisp finish.

Hibiscus Sour, 4.2%

Their newest brewer, a passionate tea drinker, has helped create this Hibiscus Sour, brewed using petals of the hibiscus flower. This sour beer showers the senses with cranberry, red fruit, peaches, and citrus. The artwork for this beer has been designed by local, Edinburgh-based artist Martha Duncan Studio.

NZ Pale - 4.8% - 440ml can

It’s their first beer using achingly fashionable New Zealand hops. It’s a hazy Pale Ale with notes of pineapple, peach, mandarin orange and gooseberry in a light and smooth body.
