🍺 🍱 Bar & Waiting Staff position:
• National Living Wage.
• 25% Staff Discount Off Food.
• Hours are Weekend shifts (Friday and/or Saturday) usually 6pm to 12midnight / 1am. With potential for mid week day / evening shifts rotationally. More shifts available for holiday cover etc.
• we are looking for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic with a proactive work ethic. Someone able to work in a busy and fast paced environment and deliver a wide range of food and drinks.
•Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: preparing and serving drinks to spec, interacting with guests and staff, taking and delivering food orders, cash handling, monitoring and replenishing stock levels, maintaining a clean and organised Bar, Lounge & Function area.
• Midweek and weekend shifts are varied. Shifts are usually posted with two to three weeks advanced notice.

👨‍🍳 KP/Trainee chef position:
• National Living Wage to start, negotiable with training and progression.
• 25% Staff Discount Off Food Off Shift.
• Shifts vary weekly between 11am and 9pm over 7 days. 3 to 5 Day work week.
• work schedules in advance.
• looking for someone with some kitchen experience willing and eager to train up with our dedicated chefs. Continually Providing high standards of service, food preparation, record keeping and cleanliness.
