SS24 designates RNLI as official charity for 2024
2024 marks the 50th Anniversary of Scottish Series and celebrates the 200th Anniversary of the RNLI, the voluntary organization cherished by sailors across the UK.
So we are thrilled to designate the RNLI as the chosen charity for this year's series.
After racing on Sunday 26th we will welcome to Tarber the impressive Severn Class Lifeboat from Campbeltown and the Atlantic Class Inshore Lifeboat from Tighnabruaich. Competitors, family and friends will have a chance to see these spectacular craft close up – so please come join us on the marina pontoons.
Our goal is to raise £10,000! This is a big ask so please come prepared to give generously.
Gift Aid envelopes will be in the registration packs – please bring them with you on Sunday, insert cash and fill out the statement on the back. (there will also be a payment card facility)
Take a moment to watch the short video on our website www.scottishseries.co.uk/RNLIsupport and get your entry in as we want to see you in Tarbert!

The ‘Jura’ Scottish Series
The Clyde Cruising Club is delighted to announce Jura Single Malt Scotch Whisky as Title Sponsor of Scottish Series 2024. Our marketing machine is whirring away and you will start to see the new logo appear in social media shortly.
The Jura Distillery, just 40 miles from Tarbert (as the crow flies), is pleased to be supporting the event and helping the local Argyll community to stage the regatta, bringing much needed revenue to the area.
Jura Whisky products will be presented with the trophies to the winning skippers at the end of the event (age allowing), and their support allows us to boost the marketing machine that we intend putting in place to report on the action on and off the water.
If you have not got your entry in then remember the Early Bird discount reduces after the end of March, so go to www.scottishseries.co.uk now!!
