This is a tower of Rocky Road mini bites but we can make any of your Cake Mixer faves in miniature – from brownies to empire biscuits – and stack ‘em high for parties, special occasions and events. All made with the highest quality ingredients and a generous helping of love.

How’s this for a throwback? This is one of Broomhill’s finest legends, my amazing Dad, looking very cool on Crow Road in 1965. He’s standing next door to what is now The Cake Mixer! I can’t tell you how much I love this photo – it’s so special to have my shop on a street that holds so many memories for my family, and will hopefully continue to do so for future generations 💕

These cake tins were brought in by a customer who is turning 80. Her mum baked her and her sister’s wedding cakes in them – how lovely is that? It’s an honour to have these very special tins in our shop; a reminder of how baking can connect the generations and bring so much joy ❤️
