Members notification : Our gym opening hours during the festive period.

For our members at Extreme Gym 1 we will be upgrading the gym.
For a short period we will be required to close the gym in order to complete the maintenance and upgrade.

We will be closed from 2pm Thursday 22nd untill 6am Monday 26th

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have to our members, your Extreme Gym membership allows you access to all of our gyms so we encourage you to use these whilst we carry out the work and look forward to you benefiting from the new equipment we are about to install in Extreme Gym 1

Gym opening hours during festive period

Important information for Extreme Gym II Whiteinch members

We will be implementing significant changes - upgrading the total look of the reception etc and the most difficult renovation will start from tomorrow Tuesday the 14th of December 2021.
It will take us the whole week to finish.

The area will need to be closed off and we will ask every member to enter the gym through the downstairs area on the left from the main entrance during that time. You will be able to use the downstairs toilets instead.

We apologise for any inconvenience during the renovation period. Both gym floors are still accessible so everyone can still train. We are trying to make this process the smoothest possible for everyone. We are working hard for our members to enjoy the gym environment even more.

THIS Monday we are starting BIG renovations also expansion of the gym so Bigger and Better🔥🔥🔥a lot of suprises at Extreme 1 located at 16 Dornoch Street and Extreme 2 in Whiteinch at 56 Jordanvale avenue.

So we are going through a complete makeover at Extreme 1. Starting from main Reception then Toilets and then main Gym Floor.

In Extreme 2 at Whiteinch you have seen our leg area and you guys loved it so we decided to go BIGGER by adding another.... 3500sq ft so it will make us the largest Glute and Hamstrings gym area in Scotland 😬😬😬🤩🤩🤩The Entire leg area will be 8000 sq ft.🤯🤯

Refurbishment will be on going for around 4-6 weeks we will be breaking everything down to show you whats coming and when its coming.

Brand new equipment will be delivered in different times...😎😎

We apologise in advance for any inconvience that this may cause to our members in the coming weeks but we can not wait to show you the final effect of whats coming..😱😱😱

PLEASE NOTE : We will not be closing any of our gyms during these refurbishments, so your training and workouts will not be affected.

Due to upcoming The 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference that is scheduled to be held in Glasgow between 31st of October and 12th of November 2021, travel around the city will be disrupted with significant road closures beginning in a weeks time.

If you are an active Extreme Gym member please feel welcomed to train in any of our clubs (Extreme Gym I, Extreme Gym II and Extreme Gym East Kilbride).

We would like all our members to stay
stress free during this big event by giving you all an opportunity to use a club of your choice that is closer to you or easier to get to without any additional fee and still enjoy your daily workout.
