This week we have had the pleasure of training some of the fantastic coaching staff at Barrhead Youth Football Club in their SYFA Approved Sports First Aid course…. Always a pleasure to work with teams who do so much for the young players of the future. 🥅 ⚽️ 🏟️

New Year’s Day thoughts….

We would like to wish all our customers and followers a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Our doors are now closed until the new year for a well earned break….

A great day training staff who had some amazing input…

Today Keri and Aimee along with veterinary colleagues from other local veterinary practices attended a training course on mental health first aid. We feel very passionate about mental health and well-being in the work place. The course gave a greater understanding of mental health and how to support and sign post people in the right direction when they need help.

We would like to thank Matt who delivered the course exceptionally. He has carried out other training with our team in the past and we can highly recommend him.

Today we were back at Rouken Glen Vets carrying out an Emergency First Aid at Work course for the staff. Everyone was amazing and all passed with flying colours… now the owners as well as the pets are in safe hands.

The last week has seen us working with a partner to cover as part of a team at the UCI World Championships in Glasgow. It is amazing to be part of such a huge event! We’ve been at the Velodrome and the new BMX Park. Some amazing talent out there…

Really pleased to have achieved the Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice…. It’s been a tough slog but nice to keep learning! What will the next challenge be?

This week we are back training the amazing staff at Vets4pets Airdrie It’s always nice to compare animal and human first aid….

Today was a day back in the classroom as a student renewing old skills and learning some new at the same time! Fantastic training at the dedicated centre at Napier University. Glad to say I passed for another year!

This week we were back at Cameron House on Loch Lomond training some more staff in First Aid at Work… it was once again first class hospitality and well done to the 9 staff who successfully passed the level 3 qualification.
