Welcoming Autumnia with a New Druid Crane Bag 🍁

Autumn has arrived quickly here in Wi******er, the leaves are falling, and it’s already dark and misty, but it is my favourite season 🖤
As we enter the dark time of the year, I place my altar in the direction of West, towards the Spirit World and the Goddess, in the direction of transformation and rebirth. I spend a lot of time here by the altar, it’s not very big, but it is where I meditate and communicate with the goddess and receive inspiration ✨
This Autumn, I have placed a photo of Amy Winehouse in a silver dress on the altar ~ she is still with me in Spirit after the intuitive reading, and I somehow feel her presence and the colour silver will have a significance in the future….

Today I’m consecrating a Rose Crane bag, inspired by the ancient Druids Crane Bags ~ they were magical bags, that many druids carried with them, and they would hold divination and healing tools, or items for ritual and ceremony. The Wise Ones say, that each druid’s path is unique and a crane bag should be an expression of you and your druid path, so I will use this one to hold and protect the rose crystals intended for the Cerridwen Rose Healing, love Lu 🥰🌹

The Scarlet Rose and Her Apples of Wisdom ~ lifting the veil to the inner shadows with her Guardian 🌹🖤

Hi everyone,

I’m so happy to finally share the Scarlet Rose with you ~ it’s a dark red rose connected to Autumn and shadow work 🥀✨

The Scarlet Rose resides deep within Cerridwen’s rainforest in North Wales, where the old magic dwells, in a witch’s cottage by a cosy fire 🔥
On the oracle card, her protector and guardian, dressed in crimson velvet robes, is preparing herself to go on a journey to meet her inner shadows. On the table behind her, there is a mirror for self reflection, and Cerridwen’s Dark Lantern to help guide her through the darkness, the challenging emotions and feelings. Her familiar, a black cat, is ready to protect her in meditation 🐈‍⬛
The red apples are linked to temptation ~ the very real temptation we sometimes can experience during a healing process, to distract ourselves from going any deeper ~ to avoid the shadow work. But the red apples also represent the Sacred Apples of Wisdom we can receive after shadow work, the integration and the healing, they are the forbidden fruit of wisdom from our past 🍎

And today, the Scarlet Rose invites you to have compassion for your shadows on a new and deeper level. Our shadows are not only our so-called 'darker' feelings and emotions, such as fear and anger, it is any part of us that we had to disown in order to survive or fit in ~ our passion, desires, creativity and personal power are often relegated to the shadows ~ even our courage, joy and innocence, if they triggered a parent or a caretaker when we were growing up…
But the Scarlet Rose can help us to activate the emotional alchemist within, and transform the “negative” feelings and emotions from past events ~ illuminate their wisdom, and help us to embrace and recover old forgotten parts in our psyche. The Scarlet Rose invites you to have compassion for the shadow self, instead of denying it, and wishes to remind us, that all emotions and feelings are sacred ~ even the darkest of shadows have protective intentions and are roses in disguise, holding secrets gifts and healing - just waiting to be discovered and embraced, with love, Lucia 🥀🖤

I found myself within the darkness not the light….

I found her in the dark
Not in the light,
The forgotten one,
The forgotten me….

I came to realise, I was disconnected from my divinity,
She was hiding in the dark….

She was desperate to be discovered,
She wanted to step into the light…

Remembering myself,
Remembering what I had forgotten…

I guided her gently, softly, openly…

Rebirthed her into the world through shadow work…

Knowing I was only half without her,

Wholeness ran through me…

Peace bestowed upon me…

We have now travelled through the magical 888 Lion Gate, and I find myself in Croatia ~ surrounded by a dense black forest, in a town called Korcula with a mystical past ✨
Today, I visited the gothic cathedral in the old part of town, where there used to be a hermit’s dwelling and a cemetery, according to the local archives. Rose imagery run like a thread throughout this ancient town and can be found everywhere ~ in the jewellery shops, at the post office on stamps and in churches ~ I’m currently researching this area, and when I saw the beautiful, old rose windows my heart started to beat a little faster 🥰 ~ there are plenty of lions here too, more to come soon, lots of love, Lucia🙏🌹

I know how to rebuild
In the darkest of dark,
How to warm the frozen sparks in the heart…

When I began on this journey, I had no deeper affection for roses than your average person, no knowledge of rose windows in gothic cathedrals, nor any desire to plant a rose garden…
But in July 2022, I received a vision of a Rose Wheel and a healing in meditation…

Initially, I didn’t really understand the vision of the Rose Wheel, and when the inspiration for the Cerridwen Rose Healing came through ~ it came through so fast and with such speed, that I just scribbled it down as quickly as I could on a piece of paper, but in the moment, I didn’t really understand the bigger picture or Cerridwen’s full intention with it, but I have since realised, that the vision of this new Rose Wheel, was an attempt to give back the keys to the “entrance” to the Goddess and her garden ~ and later, the Rose oracle cards were designed and created as a healing journey through a magical garden ✨🌳✨

The Rose Window found in many gothic cathedrals has been a mystery to many for hundreds of years, typically facing the West ~ the direction of the dead, the spirit world and the goddess’s paradise…
Worshippers in Gothic cathedrals were often opposed to the ancient female symbol, and turned to face the cross-shaped apse in the East instead, dedicated to the Virgin Queen of Heaven…
The three rose windows in the Notre Dame Cathedral are perhaps the most famous, and it was built on what was once the most important centre of the Druids in ancient Gaul…
As a female mandala symbol, it represents the Mystic Rose and is a portal to the Most Holy Rose Garden. Rose shaped mandalas were the oriental symbol of the goddess and her Rose-Apple Tree ~ the source of eternal life 🥀

The orange colour combines the optimism and warmth of yellow with the strength, passion and resilience of the red, and it is a rose frequency and energy that can help support us, to find new courage and strength, to overcome the obstacles and situations that stand between us, and a happy and healthy life, and to dissolve and release the circumstances that take away our true power as women ✨

Hi everyone 🕊️✨

I recently channelled a new rose ~ the Rose of Redemption, and it came through as a deeply purifying and peaceful rose energy, a transformational peacemaker that can help us move forward definitively, and heal the past, true redemption is very linked to shadow work, self-love, self acceptance and forgiveness. I was shown the rose in meditation as being a white dog rose ~ it is a very old rose, known for its exceptional healing power, and it has been found in many Neolithic and Ancient Egyptian graves. In folklore, the dog rose (also sometimes called the witch’s briar), has been connected to hedge riding and witchcraft ~ it is a wild and rambling rose, a hedge riding plant that can travel and heal between the worlds, and I’m really looking forward to get to know this rose better now, and thought I’d just share the Rose poem with you here, much love to you all, Lucia X X X

The Rose of Redemption 🥀

You thought your name was Darkness,
But it is not…
Childhood weeds silenced your blossom,
Concealed your gentle and free spirit,
Your pain is now etched in a stony heart…
Life’s fatal perplexities,
Ran crippling rings around you,
Blindfolded your true essence…
Like a spell
You were cast
On a stormy night,
The crashing waves of life took over,
and you drifted further from the shore…

Oh, the bridges you have burnt,
that cannot be rebuilt….
The many cuts from your thorns, that still linger ~ and may remain…
As the saying goes “we reap, what we sow “, and so the story continues…
But on silvery wings of reflection,
Through mindfulness and mercy,
You can fly to new freedom ~
Let go of the past now,
You have come so far,
Forgive yourself…
Against all odds, you can turn the tide ~
I am the rose of redemption,
A pearly rose on the rim of a cauldron,
Healing every scar inside…
Breathe in my fragrance,
And sow new seeds of peace…

This time of year, the roses are beginning to fade, but the healing energetics of the roses carry on, and can be tapped into throughout the year 🥀
In the Cerridwen Rose Healing, the energy and frequency of the roses is high lighted ~ I love working with the many different healing frequencies and the Sisterhood of Roses, and they are aligned with the Wheel of the Year, so they can be used for both healing, meditation , oracling, ceremony and to celebrate the pagan festivals 🖤

We are now moving into the darker part of the year, and yesterday evening I was inspired to write a poem about our final journey in life ~ to the Summerlands, so I thought I’d share it here, I hope you like it, lots of love, Lucia X x X

The Final Journey 🕯️✨

By broken borders
I trace a Higher Place
A silver~tinged memory of an ancient land,
By a moonlit rising hill…

Steeped in folklore and ferns,
I retreat in satin breezes,
To a benevolent realm
Where no wicked winds can blow…

Wearing the feathers of a Sphinx
I journey through the triangles of time,
A Sylvan beauty guides the way,
To a dark and silent forest…
To enchanted swaying trees,
In yellow, green and gold,
Bending my mind,
To depths unknown…
In Autumn reveries, where the winds blow,
in the midst of darkness,
With the lightest of bloom,
Whispering new life into tired souls…

With fairytale hands,
I open a spiral door with a delicate, intricate spider web,
And follow a path, that was old before my life began,
To a dark crystal orchard by misty lakes…
At last, I have returned ~
I am home…

Channelling the Dragon Rose this afternoon🌹🔥🐲✨

Hi everyone 🥰

I thought I’d try something different today and post an intuitive reading. I have felt Amy Winehouse’s Spirit around me for awhile now, and have been toing and froing whether to post the messages I received from her in a public forum, but Amy insists and I know there are a lot of Amy Winehouse fans out there, so here it is, I hope you enjoy it ❤️

NB! I first tried to post the reading on on Instagram, but just realised that maybe it’s not the best place, as there is not enough space for a longer post, so it ended up in different sections in the comments, so I thought I would post it here too in its full length so it’s easier to read for everyone, lots of love, Lucia 🙏

My intuitive connection with Amy Winehouse started fairly recently with a dream…
In the dream, I saw a lion in a forest, and a golden necklace swaying back and forth in sparkling sunlight ~ a necklace with a lion pendant, and I heard the lyrics to ‘So Far Away’ by Carole King….
Later in the day, I decided to look up the song and discovered that it was one of Amy Winehouse’s favourites, and that her Nan Cynthia gave her a lion necklace, shortly before she passed away from lung cancer ~ and a few years later, Amy founded her own record label called the ‘Lioness Records’…

The next night, I had another dream about the lion, but this time it was walking towards me ~ changing and shapeshifting into Amy….
There was an aura of golden light around her, and she was wearing a white vintage dress, her dark hair was hanging loose, beautifully decorated with white flowers, lilies and roses, and she was wearing the lion necklace. In the dream, she was smiling, she looked really happy and relaxed…..

In the next couple of days, in meditation, I began to receive messages from Amy. First she guided me to a deck by Colette Baron Reid called the Wisdom of the House of Night ~ so I bought the deck, and as I was working with it, I found that many of the images reminded me of Amy. To begin with, I just received simple messages about Amy’s love of cats and her love of vintage fashion and animal prints, I saw images in my mind’s eye of vintage magazines with the French Actress Brigitte Bardot, and Amy showed me, that her hairstyle was inspired by Brigitte’s look and the sixties…

In the third dream, I saw the Lion in the forest once again, but now together with a black Crow, and I understood intuitively that they were Amy’s Spirit Animals ~ the Lion spirit would bring her courage on stage and energy whenever it was needed, and the Crow would travel with her in dreams and bring new inspiration ~ the crow is often a mystical gateway to the spirit realm…

Amy then took me on a journey to Camden, to a dark alley by a canal and showed me Lilith, the dark feminine energy of Lilith, and how her energy was with her throughout her life.
And now, when I look at photos of Amy, I sense the Lilith energy around her ~ Amy always had a raw, emotional and honest depth to her, to her presence and singing, there was a strength and a vulnerability at the same time, and in her own kind of Lilith way, she refused to conform ~ when Amy was 13 years old, she won a scholarship to the Sylvia Young Theatre School, but she was expelled later for ‘not applying herself’ and piercing her nose, and never graduated….
Amy then went deeper and showed me scenes from her childhood, and how she often felt very different from other children, like an alien almost, and that there was deep wounding which affected her self esteem, and later as an adult, she would struggle to find a sense of belonging within herself and in the world….

Past Lives ✨

Two weeks after connecting with Amy, I began to receive messages about her past lives, and she shared two past lives with me that she had experienced. The first one was a lifetime as a singer, and here I saw a woman singing in a night club, and in a music studio recording, and heard the name ‘Dinah Washington’. And Amy showed me, that she as a soul in her lifetime as Dinah, wanted to work on and explore her creativity on a deeper level, but that she struggled with the stress and pressure of performing on stage and fame, and she would turn to drink and drugs to help her cope with it, and I understood, that this was a pattern she repeated in her lifetime as Amy Winehouse, and unfortunately wasn’t able to overcome and resolve….
I then received the message from Amy, that we as souls work on many different areas in a lifetime, but it is not all areas that work out for us, are completed or healed, sometimes it can take many lifetimes to do it…

The second past lifetime that Amy shared with me, was a lifetime during the early Middle Ages, and here I saw a young woman in a dark green cloak collecting herbs in a meadow and mountain area, I then saw her preparing healing remedies with the herbs, and was shown by Spirit that she in this past lifetime was known as a healer, or what we today probably would call a herbalist. She would also offer advice to people, read the runes and their hands ~ which I love, I always secretly thought there was a bit of a witchy vibe to Amy 🥰

One day in meditation, I was shown the zodiac wheel and a birth chart, and the star sign of Virgo lit up on the wheel. Amy was a Virgo, and it’s a sign that sometimes can have a tendency to ruminate and worry, and I feel this was the case for Amy, and that it became worse over time with the fame and scrutiny by the press…
She showed me, that she needed privacy and downtime, to help process her many emotions and experiences ~ the experiences she had performing on stage, her interactions with fans and journalists ~ she needed alone time to digest the psychological projections she received from the outside world, and peace and quiet to be creative and write new songs, but she often felt her private space and home was invaded by journalists and paparazzi, and felt overloaded and overwhelmed with the attention and fame she received, unable to find the space to process it all and find her feet and inner peace again…
And after this message, I received images from Amy, trying to escape this state of overwhelm by self medicating with alcohol and drugs… she showed me, that fame sometimes could feel like being a bird trapped in a dark cage, and that the sensation created a sense of isolation within her. In my mind’s eye I saw Amy staring into an abyss…looking almost hypnotised, and then had the sensation of drinking an alcoholic drink really fast, to try and pull away from the abyss and break the spell, to try and snap herself out of this state of stress and overwhelm ~ I hope this makes sense somehow to you. Overall, I feel there was a great dis~ease between Amy and fame…..

But all this is behind her now, and I sense intuitively that her white dress and the white flowers in her hair, are a symbol of a new beginning for her, and healing on the other side … Amy showed me, that it was never her intention to live a long life here on Earth, and that when she crossed over, the Lion and the Crow guided her through the tunnel of light and realisations quickly, to her Nan Cynthia who was waiting for her…

I asked Amy yesterday, if there was anything that she misses now, here on Earth from her lifetime, and she showed me an apartment in Camden ~ the interior looked a bit bohemian and there were vintage pictures and posters, lots of books and shoes, and many cats, maybe 7 or more ~ and I got the impression that it was an apartment she lived in before she became famous. I then received images of her writing songs and hanging out with friends, and she looked happy here, and she showed me it was a time before all the fame began, and I saw her sitting on a couch watching tele ~ a movie with a lady that has a funny looking leg, a leg that looks a bit like a gun, so I looked it up on Google, and the movie Planet Terror came up with the Actress Rose McGowan, and I feel this was a movie Amy loved to watch for some reason, the movie is about an ex go-go dancer Cherry Darling who is a survivor of a zombie apocalypse, and she has a prosthetic leg shaped like a machine gun, I watched a bit of it on Youtube and it was quite fun to watch 😌 maybe a bit kitsch and tongue in cheek ~ I feel Amy was happy here and that she still misses her friends from this time and place…

As a final message, Amy told me that she is at peace now, and she still visits Camden in London and her friends in spirit from time to time 🕊️✨ ~ I hope you have enjoyed this little mini reading, I will try and do some more in the future. I have posted a song in honour of Amy in the comment section from the Amy Winehouse posthumous compilation album ‘Lioness ~ Hidden Treasures’, the album was released in 2011 and features unreleased songs and covers by Amy selected by Mark Ronson and Winehouse's family, and it’s one of my favourite songs much love, Lucia ⚡️🖤⚡️

The Rose of Inner Peace 🕯️🕊️✨

There is so much turmoil and unrest in our world right now, so many unknowns that cause us stress and anxiety, and this morning I was guided to share a new rose with you ~ the Rose of Inner Peace. This rose is an After Care Rose in the Cerridwen Rose Healing®, and it’s a beautiful rose frequency to work with that has helped me personally to create more inner peace in my life…

After receiving the in-person healing or having worked with the Cerridwen Wheel of Roses and the 12 roses on inner journeys at home, you may find the Rose of Inner Peace a helpful support when you return to your daily routine and life, or perhaps you just wish to tune into a little more peace and quiet this weekend, so I thought I’d share a little excerpt of a channelling I have received recently from this magical and healing rose energy, I hope you like it, much love to you all, Lucia x x x

In a crystal blue morning sky,

my perfumed petals will weave poetic inspiration in your mind…
When your imagination travels over dark and fearful waters in the night ~ to unknown icecold shores,
I can break the spell and put your mind at rest…
When your hands tremble and your thoughts are racing with despair,
I will bring you stillness and repose in the eye of the storm….
Do not worry, nor weep no more,
Let my rosy dew refresh your aching brow,
Exiling the curse of tristesse…
I am a vault of peace,

The language and symbols of flowers was a way of communicating suppressed emotions and feelings in Victorian times ~ it was a way of communicating the thoughts that they weren’t allowed to express openly, and in modern times we are now seeing the symbolic use of flowers on the rise again. In school, I remember learning about the songs and flower symbols used during World War II, and the many hidden messages of power and oppression.
