We have booked the photographers in for Thursday 12th December, just in time for Christmas. These will make excellent gifts too. The photos are to be purchased on the day if you choose to buy any, please don't feel pressured it is your choice and if you do choose to buy any they will be given to you straight away so you do not have to wait.
There will be some leaflets available next week which I will hand out to all parents and anyone else who would like the opportunity to have photos done if your child does not attend our nursery at the moment.
The photographers are happy to do sibling photos and even some family photos, if you would like to do this please let Lianne know and she will book a time with you.
The photographers have also said they will stay until 16:15-16:30 to allow those with children at school to have the opportunity also. 😊 📷

A photography company has got in touch and asked if they can come into nursery and take individual professional photos, siblings photos are also allowed if booked in. They have said parents can pay on the day and your photo will be ready to take home with you. It is £9 per print or 3 for £20, there is also some packages available. 📷 🌟

We are pleased that all our new children are settling in nicely. So lovely to see so many new faces. We are really happy that we are part of your child's/children's early years journey, and to be able to watch them learn thrive. ☺️ 🎨 🧩 Please ensure you share us with any family and friends in the future, we can always add them to our waiting list and Donna and Lianne are always available to speak to if they require any information. ☺️
As the weather gets cooler, please ensure your child is sent with appropriate clothing and footwear and labelled. 🍂 🍁

Marshlands Children’s Centre is an extremely busy setting and you will work at a fast pace and to a high standard, however full support and coaching from knowledgeable practitioners will be provided.
You should hold at least a level 2 Childcare qualification and be flexible to meet the needs of the nursery. Sound knowledge of how to safeguard children and protect them from harm is also required as is experience of supporting parents as first educators of their children. Outbreaks of measles are currently on the rise in England.

As a highly infectious illness the best way to protect your children and community is to keep up to date with routine NHS childhood vaccinations.

The free MMR vaccine is a safe and effective way of protecting against measles, mumps and rubella and it has been used since the early 1980s.

Measles is more than just a rash and can lead to serious complications and hospitalisation, particularly in babies and young children.

The first dose of MMR is offered at 12 months and another second dose at 3 years 4 months.

Check your child’s red book and speak to your GP to catch-up on any missing vaccinations.
