Dear Residents,
A request was put forward by the parish council for traffic calming measures to be put in place on the clocktower bend on the High Street. The response from traffic management was that "Unfortunately the location would not meet the requirements for formal parking restrictions. The Road Safety team will continue to monitor the location and arrange any appropriate measures should the corner be recorded as an accident site requiring investigation/intervention measures."
