After opening back up this week!. We have been very busy welcoming new mindees and a very sad farewell to other children who have blossomed and grown and are now moving on to their new adventures!! We here wish them good luck and they will be missed !! Thankyou all for your lovely gifts and kind words.

I am now off and will be answering messages on my return after the Bank Holiday.

Releasing the Butterflies!!

The children have been fascinated with the Life cycle of the Caterpillars and everyday they are eager to come through the door and see how big they have grown and can't wait for the Butterflies 🐛🦋🐛🦋 xx

I haven't had a chance to post from the Easter holidays . We have been on Easter hunts,lots of art and craft and meeting up with old friends

This week the Caterpillars have arrived and the children have been learning about the cycle of the Butterflies and are excited to see them grow!🐛🐛🦋🦋Then at storytime we read " The very Hungary Caterpillar ".

Last week the children were learning about feelings and emotions with the help from The Colour Monster. As children grow up sometimes they find it hard to express their emotions. So we have been talking about how the children can manage their emotion at an early age!

Red Nose Day 15th March 2024 tomorrow! Children can come in fancy dress or in the colour red ( optional) xx

Help with childcare costs

Yesterday the children were learning about how rain is formed and where it comes from? Storytime with " What makes it rain" and then weather experiments about clouds and Rainbows! 🌧🌈☔️⚡️

Little late in posting for World book day and Mothers day! We had some lovely costumes for World book day and spoke about the Hungry Caterpillar and the Tiger that came to tea in line with some of the costumes! We also made some lovely Mothers day decorations with dough but we were having so much fun we didn't have a chance to paint them! Xx

Thursday and Friday we are celebrating World Book day so please come dressed up! Xx

It was cold and windy today, but had time to go up the park before the sun went down after school and then back for dinner and storytime x

The last 2 weeks we have been out in the Sunshine and seeing holiday friends, learning about Chinese New Year and Year of the dragon,Valentines Day and the children totally enjoyed making their own pancakes with a little help from me !

We have been so busy! I haven't had a chance to post. The children have been developing hand,eye co-ordination and using their creative expression with the foundations of pre-writing. They have also been using their fine motor skills and number sense and recognising mixing colours and shapes in the wider world through nature while on walks and in the park.
Recently we have been talking about people at work and the wider community and dance .

The children were busy the last week cracker making ,Reindeer food and lots more! I would like to thank all the parents and mindees for my lovely gifts and support and I would like to wish you all a Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year.

We have been busy with Xmas crafting today and the children have been using their motor skills and concentration skills .

Childcare4u Childminders Services will be celebrating Xmas Jumper Day all this week 😀
