My aim is to provide safe and effective treatments using the very best products on the market. I want my clients to feel not only great about the treatment they pay for, but the medical peace of mind I can offer. I have been aware of 'cheap' deals made available to people for a long time which as a nurse is worrying as this often comes at a higher cost to the client than money. My prices not only

Always remove make up before bed ✨️
Sleeping with makeup on can lead to several negative effects on your skin and overall health. Here are some reasons why it's important to remove your makeup before going to bed:
Clogged Pores: Makeup, especially foundation and powder, can block your pores. This can lead to acne breakouts, blackheads, and an overall dull complexion.
Skin Irritation: Makeup contains chemicals and preservatives that can irritate your skin if left on for too long, especially overnight. This can cause redness, itching, and other forms of irritation.
Premature Ageing: Leaving makeup on overnight can speed up the ageing process. It can cause the breakdown of collagen, leading to fine lines, wrinkles, and a loss of skin elasticity.
Dry Skin: Makeup can prevent your skin from naturally exfoliating and renewing itself overnight.
PRP Hair Thinning Treatment by Nurse Sarah. Appointments available tomorrow! ✨️
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy Injections are a proven hair loss treatment that can regenerate and promote hair growth for men and women by using your own plasma and growth factors to target areas of hair loss. Doctors use PRP to encourage the growth of thinning hair and promote the growth of transplanted hair.
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy is an effective hair loss treatment that has been proven to increase hair count, thickness, and growth. The non-surgical and safe PRP treatment for hair uses the patient's own blood plasma to stimulate hair growth, eliminating the need to use any synthetic or chemical ingredients.
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a non-surgical procedure for hair regrowth, best used for treating thinning hair and slowing or stopping the progression of hair loss. Losing your hair can be a hugely distressing thing to go through, and it can have an impact on your self-esteem.
PRP treatment can tackle both male/female pattern baldness and alopecia as it encourages the growth of existing hair follicles, making your hair appear fuller and healthier without resorting to surgery. It is, therefore, the most natural way to stimulate hair growth.
The LHLC PRP treatment does more than provide you with a naturally growing full head of hair; it helps to return your self-esteem and confidence.
What can PRP achieve?
Fuller and healthier natural-looking hair
Significantly increase of hair regrowth
Production of new healthy cells
Decreased hair dystrophy and burning or itching sensation
Can serve as a safe and effective treatment option in Alopecia areata (AA)

Last minute availability with Sarah tomorrow for Vampire Facial or treat yourself to a facial peel
A vampire facelift, sometimes called a platelet-rich plasma facelift, is a cosmetic procedure that uses the patient’s blood to potentially fight the signs of aging.
A similar treatment, known as the vampire facial, garnered a lot of attention back in 2013 when Kim Kardashian posted a selfie on Instagram of her face covered in blood. But how does it work?
After blood is drawn from your arm, the medical professional will separate the platelets from the rest of the blood using a centrifuge (a machine that spins quickly to separate fluids of different densities). The platelet-rich plasma (PRP) will be re-injected.
The procedure may:
reduce wrinkles
plump skin
diminish acne scars
brighten dull skin

Aspiration is one of the most important things your practitioner can do to ensure your safety in a REVOLAX treatment.
WHAT IS ASPIRATION? 💉
The action of placing the needle at the injection site and pulling back on the plunger of the syringe to ensure no blood has been pulled back into the syringe.
WHY IS ASPIRATION SO IMPORTANT? 💉
Aspiration allows the practitioner to check whether it is safe to inject at the chosen injection site. It reduces the risk of hitting a blood vessel or artery, avoiding intra-arterial injection which can block blood flow; leading to vascular occlusion and complications such as necrosis, tissue death and scarring.
WHAT IS POSITIVE ASPIRATION? 💉
When blood gets pulled back into the syringe, meaning a blood vessel or artery has been punctured.
Before getting REVOLAX, always do your research into your aesthetician, ensuring they are fully qualified, insured and equipped to deal with medical emergencies. This should always be discussed prior to treatment during the consent process 📝👄
Don't worry, the clinic has superb air con! 👌

Lip Augmentation by Deborah 💋 Availability Thurs
Lip fillers are one of the most popular types of dermal filler.
They increase the volume of your lips. Candidates should be in good physical and mental health and have realistic expectations
Lip fillers consist of synthetic hyaluronic acid (HA) — HA is a natural substance in your body. There are many different brands of lip fillers
Who gets lip fillers?
Getting lip fillers is a personal decision. Pursuing your wants and desires for your body can be empowering.
To be considered for lip fillers, you should:
Be in good physical health.
Have realistic expectations.
Not have an active oral infection, including canker sores or cold sores.
Many people who get lip fillers want to increase the size of their lips. You might want to enlarge the size of your lips for many reasons, including:
Restoring a previous lip size. As you age, your lips may get smaller or thinner, your philtrum (the groove between your upper lip and septum) may get longer and flatter and the distance between the corners of your mouth (intercommissural distance) may increase.
Correcting the shape of your lips. It’s common for your lips to be different sizes or shapes (asymmetrical).
Smoothing wrinkles. When you smile or laugh, wrinkles sometimes develop on the sides of your mouth.
Boosting confidence.
Lip fillers can help improve your self-esteem and body image.
Why are lip fillers used?
Lip fillers restore or add volume to your lips. They don’t stop the aging process, but they might help delay.
They can also help you achieve a desired look, which boosts your self-esteem.
Over time, you may lose volume in your lips, which may be a result of:
Genetics.
Smoking.
Sun damage.
How long do lip fillers last?
Lip fillers typically last 12 to 18 months. However, it depends on your age and how fast your body breaks down calories into energy (metabolism). Younger people tend to burn calories faster, so lip fillers don’t last as long.

Pay for the skill, not the ML
This is something we are hearing more from aesthetic practitioners, who are increasingly having to justify themselves and their prices against cheaper establishments.
But what does the price really mean for you?
When you pay for a treatment, you’re not just paying for ‘a ml of filler’ or ‘3 areas of Botox” you’re paying your aesthetics practitioner for their:
Knowledge
Experience
Skills
Treatment planning
Equipment
Premium products
Insurance
Endless hours of training and education
All practitioners at HA have degrees
Tax
Rent/Mortgage
Aftercare and support
Just to name a few!
So your treatment should be slightly more pricey than a visit to the nail salon, otherwise you have to ask yourself, where are they not spending the money?
Are they qualified?
Is the product safe?
Would you be happy to cut corners when it comes to your face?
Nowadays we are being asked questions regarding skill/backgrounds of our nurses and products used which is very reassuring that people are starting to pay more attention to how medically qualified their practitioner is to carry out the treatment, and that they are able to deal with adverse reactions and supply the appropriate medication and drugs.
So next time you are asking, how much is my treatment?
Remember that they should be reassuringly expensive, to pay for the experience of your chosen injector, the best products on the market supplied from reputable drug companies not fake products sold on social media and a result you are pleased with.
Location can also be a big indicator, if you walk into an establishment and feel like it is not set up as a clinical setting, is not clean and you do not feel safe, it is never to late to say no and walk away! Safety is key.
I hope this helps give an insight into some of the behind the scenes that take place in an aesthetic clinic, and you feel better informed of what the ‘price’ of services really means

When practitions politely say no! And yes, Steffi, the owner has told me no on several occasions! 😂
Knowing when not to treat a patient is a critical skill for aesthetics practitioners.
Here, we explore the key considerations when deciding if a patient is suitable for treatment, when refusing treatment is the best option, and how these decisions affect our reputation as an injector.
There are many reasons for refusing treatment to potential aesthetics patients. Those that tend to be most widely discussed involve medical, ethical or moral considerations.
Unsuitable for treatment due to anatomical or physiological reasons (includes where aesthetic treatments are unlikely to have any meaningful positive effect).
Psychologically unsuitable for treatment (includes reasons such as suspected Body Dysmorphic Disorder).
From duck lips to pillow face, aesthetics trends are still going hard on the overfilled look.
Whether it’s lips, cheeks, or chin filler – or anywhere else.
That and always putting the patient’s safety and best interests first – even when they appear not to
Does your injector say no! If they do, it will probably be for a good reason, or they are not comfortable in performing what you're asking, either skill wise or there are unrealistic expectations on the treatment.
Remember, safety is our priority, and you are the face of Harper Aesthetics ❤️❤️ we want you to look your absolute best with no trout pouts or over filling 😉
Also, skincare first!! Use SPF, use excellent grade skincare, and you won't want or need as many treatments!

LIP FILLERS 💋
❤ What is hyaluronic acid?
Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance (essentially a very large sugar molecule) within the body which is found in the deep layers of the skin known as the dermis, and one of its functions is to keep skin smooth and healthy by helping it retain water.
As we age our body's production of hyaluronic acid gradually declines, resulting in visible signs of ageing. Natural lines and wrinkles deepen; lips lose their fullness; lines appearing around the mouth and nose area, and cheeks lose volume giving them a sunken and hollow appearance.
Dermal fillers essentially replace the hyaluronic acid by injecting it into the layers of skin, re plumping and rejuvenating the skin making you look more youthful and fresh.

Fine filler to vermillion border to improve peri oral lines
Excellent result!
We get a lot of calls not wanting a 'trout pout' please remember that look is not from 1ml of filler. That is multiple treatments. We do not do that look at Harper Aesthetics. Natural, corrective looks only.

Client care & feeling comfortable is a top priority.
We understandably get a lot of nervous and new to aesthetics clients. Please don't worry.
