This Thursday is university mental health awareness day!!

This is an opportunity to look after your own mental health and to find out about the services the university offers.

We will be at activity table 3 outside simply fresh between 4-5pm to handout self care treats and freebies to all our members.

Please feel free to come say hi, grab some freebies, and have a chat about all things wellbeing!

Today is world mental health day!

1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year, so if you are struggling please do not hesitate to reach out for support! 💚💚

As well as services such as Nightline, the Samaritans, and the centre for well-being, our well-being champion are also always happy to have a chat! 💚💚

This week is mental health awareness week, hosted by the mental health foundation

This years theme is ‘loneliness’. Loneliness affects everyone at some point in life, and can have a huge impact on mental health

This Wednesday we will be hosting a picnic by the lake at 1pm to celebrate mental health awareness week, and to bring people together!

Our AGM is Monday 7th March! If you would like to be on the committee you need to attend (or if you would like to vote for who gets the roles please attend too!) We have a number of roles left which no one is currently going for! It’s a great society to get involved with and also will be a great asset for your CV! You don’t have to be a psychology student or have been involved before to be on committee! Please DM if you have any questions and we’ll be happy to give you any details about the roles💚
