Great to see this Stuart!
It is brilliant to see so many FDS Harrogate players featured in Jamie Johnson series 1 & 2. I had the pleasure of helping the BBC with casting and even got a small part myself.
It was fascinating to see the hard work and dedication behind the scenes to make a TV show. I also got to meet some brilliant people as well!

Challenge 2 in our Athletics & Exercise course is Jumping Practice. It shows several ways to do jumps, and with a bit of care they can be done indoors or out.
Jumping is a great exercise! It builds strength, improves balance and burns calories too. All while making you feel good.
** Top Tip: lift your arms as you jump. It helps you go higher 👆😀**

Amazing stuff by England in their first test against Pakistan last week
- Joe Root scores 200 and becomes Englands highest test match run scorer (over 12,500 runs scored!). He's now 5th in the world
- Harry Brooke scores the 5th highest individual test score ever with 317
- England become the 1st team in test history to concede 500 runs in 1st innings and still go on to win by an innings.

Lovely to see Olympic runner George Mills come along to one of Stuart’s FDS soccer school sessions to chat to the children. George attended FDS for about 10 years 💥
Another great week at FDS.
Olympic finalist and FDS graduate George Mills (photo) took time out to inspire some of our youngsters at our Monday classes. We had a Premier League and FA Cup winner bringing his child along to our Tuesday classes as well as Kian Spence playing against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge and Archie Gray made his European debut on Thursday for Tottenham!

Iona Winnifrith clocks in at 3:03.25 in the Women's SM7 200m Individual Medley final on her debut 👏

We are very proud of FDS graduate Harry Gray who made his 1st team debut for Leeds United against Harrogate Town last Friday. Harry spent 7 years training at the FDS Harrogate Soccer School and what is remarkable is that Harry is only 15 years of age!
