This Voodoo hardtail came to us with an extremely wobbly cassette, and it's clear to see why!

Believe it or not, it's recently had a 'rear hub service' locally (I'm sure we don't need to tell you where...), however the freehub body had completely disintegrated! This has also caused the cassette to rub the frame/hanger and caused wear to the lock ring, too.

Unfortunately these freehub bodies are almost impossible to get hold of until Shimano have stock again, so the customer opted for a new M25 rear wheel complete with Microspline freehub to take his SLX cassette, built with DT Swiss spokes and centrelock disc fitment.

All sorted and back out the door within 24 hours!

Well renowned for their fantastic quality, decent spec and being very lightweight, these little Frog bikes are a great way for kids to get into riding.

We get a lot of people asking about squeaky brakes, and 90% of the time it's caused by contamination of the rotors and pads.

This lovely Trek DualSport 2 certainly feels a lot sharper after a Silver Service and decontamination of the brakes.

Usually, if they're heavily contaminated, the only solution is to thoroughly clean the rotors and replace the pads, but if caught early enough they can often be saved.

If your brakes are squeaking, vibrating or just simply not stopping at all, give us a call!

We also do brake bleeding, using either Shimano Mineral oil or high quality DOT fluid, depending on the requirement of the brakes that are fitted.

Nice Raleigh Array e-bike in for a new chainset, as the motor was cutting out intermittently. This SR Suntour chainset has an integrated pickup ring and sensor for the pedal-assist. 🚲

It's also had new brake pads, new rear brake cable, and a new rear tyre.

It's now up and running as it should, and a good once-over ensures that everything is safe, and the gears shift as they should. ⚙️

Check out this stunning Liv race bike in for a little TLC.

The brakes were seizing up, meaning only one side was working correctly. We've stripped, cleaned and regreased them, set them back up and they're working beautifully, especially on those awesome carbon wheels.

We've also replaced the cables, given it a good service, cleaned the transmission, and it's gone back out ready to roll!

This 10-27T cassette is being replaced for a higher ratio 11-34T, however we've given it a little clean up so it's fresh for when it's needed in the future.

The new and improved Crankit's workshop is very much nearing completion, giving us much more space for bike-related goodies!

Santa Cruz full sus MTB in for a few little bits and bobs:

- Frame bearings removed, cleaned, regreased, flipped and reassembled. This will extend the life of them significantly.

- Rockshox dropper post bleeding.

- Replaced snapped cable end on rear mech.

It's had some Hope Tech brakes fitted, plus 203 adapter to fit the new Hope discs, with new front hydro line, Sram XX1 rear mech to fit, plus Sram XX1 chain and new gear cable.

All done and collected within a few hours.
