So happy to spend the new year at the gallery with these unique sculptures here at Sutcliffe galleries in Harrogate just fantastic especially in the flesh but a new home is in the pipeline for this pair this new year a new journey !

Couldn’t resist here’s some sneaky pics of the Gallery as we prepare for ‘People meet the People’ exhibition at Sutcliffe Galleries on Montpellier Street in the heart of the Montpellier Quarter ! This is a themed and exciting exhibition bringing together Neil McBride unique painter and artist of crowd scenes , Nicole Rushworth a sculptress in her own right, Claire Baxter, abstract artist Angela Keeble and portraiture artist Jamie Wilkinson who has produced artwork for the likes of Sir Alex Ferguson, Jessica Ennis-hill and comedian Jack Whitehall and not to mention unique Glass by Jane Charles

Please join us at the gallery for gin courtesy of Slingsby’s and fizz hosted by good friend and expert Guy McCormick plus canapés supplied and prepared by family run Galo’s kitchen just next door who are also offering a £20 set menu with £10 going to charity the Beat

The Gallery looks the best it has done in 14 years as mum and I worked well as a team getting it all displayed very happy with result !

The evening is part of the Montpellier Quarter ‘People Meet the ‘people’ Late night shopping extravaganza and experience in aid of Beat charity for eating disorders with an original kindly being donated by Neil McBride entitled ‘Violet Vibe’ in keeping with our Purple theme as charity colours and guest appearance of the legendary PURPLEMAN

Roasted chestnuts, Yorkshire sausages, chilli, soup, festive sandwiches, Beer, gin, warm cider, mulled wine, hot chocolate , free Farrahs fudge for children and to add liveliness to the street the university of Sheffield gospel Choir plus lots more...
