I can now share some of my progress pictures of this beautiful pup. I used polychromos on Bristol board for this one. I’ll share some more updates this week!

Last year I drew and gifted the lovely and a pencil portrait of their beautiful baby Boo, who they sadly lost after 14 years together.

A portrait can be a lovely way to remember a special beloved pet by. It’s completely unique and somehow more personal than a photo alone.

Loved drawing these gorgeous dogs. Fur like this always presents a bit of a challenge, but I love getting all the lovely colours in and adding layer upon layer of texture.

A memorial sketch is a big responsibility and a lot of pressure to get it right, but when it all comes together it’s such a wonderful reminder of a loved one and worth every minute of work
