About Chantelle
My name is Chantelle I am Healer, I have practiced all over the world. I am formally qualified as a Reki Master.
'Energy mastery' is a course I have created and it incorporates all the subjects I would have loved to learn as someone new to energy work and mindfulness.
My passion for healing and mindfulness grew dramatically when I saw the profound changes it created in individuals.
I soon started seeing a completely different world and still spend most days learning how I can help and assist anyone dealing with stress & a busy mind in this challenging world.
I have created the sessions with the intention to give you practical exercises you can practice at home, as well as information that is easy and fun to understand. Ultimately this class has been designed to expand your soul and help you explore your inner world.

New Year... New You! π
Each year we commit to do something different and we call it a 'Resolution'. Often these resolutions are lofty aspirations and are quickly broken.
Why not make 2022 the year of change and rather than be resolute on doings something BIG you focused on 'intentions' and take SMALL steps towards big things.
Make 2022 the year of Intention and focus on small incremental steps to becoming healthier, happier and holistically rounded. One way to do this is through building your mental and physical fitness.
At Bilton Health and Wellbeing Hub we have a number of classes that can help you start that journey and we are always putting on new sessions and reaching out to new providers to deliver sessions to aid the whole communities wellbeing.
But for now Happy New Year, if you are interested on what's on drop us a note and we hope to see you very soon. π

North Yorkshire Sport who are based at Bilton Health & Wellbeing Hub, (the old Bilton Youth Club on Biltin Lane) regularly donates food for the Salvation Army foodbank and at Christmas they collect gifts for disadvantaged children and families who find Christmas a particularly challenging time (financially).
The Salvation Army have contacted them again this year hoping we will be able to support them as they are expecting an increase in numbers as many more people face hardship.
This year they specifically request presents for babies, older boys (aged 8 to teens) gifts for adults, and chocolates/sweets
If you could consider donating something that would be brilliant, it doesnβt have to be anything flash or expensive as ANYTHING helps.
The drop bin is available in the waiting area but the collection date is much earlier than usual w/c 15th November. If you are willing and able to help then please do drop in and donate. Together we can help give a little comfort to someone else this Christmas. π

Our story
Bilton Health and Wellbeing Hub (formerly Bilton Youth Centre) has been a fixture in Harrogate since 1967.
North Yorkshire Sport Ltd, the charity that utilises sport and physical activity as a driver for positive change across the county, have entered in to an agreement with Richard Taylor's Educational Foundation to become the anchor tenants of the building, and the move is the start of a partnership between the two organisations that should secure the future of the building for years to come.
Existing users have continued to be supported to access the building and new users will be encouraged to support the development of the centre as a community asset providing health and well being activities for all ages.
A longer-term vision for the centre is being worked up with the local community.
